Artistic Esthetic Spa

I booked my daughter in at Artistic spa for her grade 8 grad. I wanted her to feel special and pampered. The girls at Artistic did just that and more. Her makeup artist was so sweet, did exactly what my girl wanted. Then she was off to get her hair done. Wow!! The hair stylist was amazing. My daughter has very long thick hair, and she knew exactly what to do when giving my daughter the look she asked for. So very impressed with this place. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you Artistic for making my baby’s day amazing.

I had a massage and a facial with Lara. She was absolutely lovely! All of the staff were welcoming and professional. The massage was very relaxing and the facial was wonderful! I left with my skin feeling clean, bright, and refreshed. I will definitely return and recommend their services :)

Samantha did a wonderful job and made my first experience there a very positive one. I love the rich colour she put together for me and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted. The other staff were very friendly as well!

I used my Signature Pedicure" gift certificate and Nelly transformed my dirty garden feet to beautiful twinkle toes. Very relaxed

My 1st visit and staff were polite but management was unwelcoming. I spent nearly 300$ there and parked in there reserve parking. Just to get a 60$ ticket from manager. I thought manager would at least stick up for their clients as I plan on coming back to pay for their services in the near future. If I were you I'd pay for parking anywhere else because management doesn't look after their clients. I left salon feeling happy about my hair and then management quickly took that happiness away. Also many staff have left this location due to poor treatment by management.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I showed up as part of a wedding party to get a pedicure with a two month old baby in tow. I was told babies aren't welcome because if they cry it ruins the ambience. What a way to make a new mom feel like absolute garbage and discriminated against. I guess I should have seen it coming as the front entrance is neither wheelchair nor stroller accessible. I imagine none of the women working there have children or they would relate to how much self care is needed but hard to facilitate... and then to be shunned for trying to get it... what a rotten place.

Absolutely love this place, I've had a couple hair cuts and some pampering with a pedicure done here. Let me say...Profesional friendly, welcoming...a place well worth checking out they have lots of other services along with some retail if your looking for an excellent way to pamper yourself. I appreciate you all and so glad I've had the opportunity to experience such a cool environment and the interior style is awesome. Thanks everyone

Today I received the Spa pedicure, I highly recommend it. It was amazing and so relaxing! Chaz did mine and she was great! I can't wait to return for another.

I wouldn’t waste my money on a massage from this place.I purchased a couples massage for my Girlfriend and I. My girlfriend had a great experience with her masseuse however I feel my masseuse did a real lazy job. I don’t know if she was tired because it was the last one before her shift ended.My masseuse basically just rubbed oil on my body. Most awkward unsatisfying experience I ever had. Would not recommend a massage from this place.The website states medium pressure and I got absolutely no pressure.I tried calling them to let them know of my experience that I spent good money on and they only offered a $20 discount for another massage and never called me back after saying they would.Don’t waste your money!!

Jennifer was so lovely & gave me the best gel manicure I've ever had! She also did an amazing job of removing my old acrylic nails - my natural nails didn't get damaged at all. Would highly recommend!
