Over the past 23 years we have used about 3 different services in Barrie for our commercial property. Switching over to JT 2 years ago made a huge difference. This is my first winter season with JT Property Maintenance and I'm so pleased with their service! My driveway is always cleared before I have to head to work and I really appreciate the way they revisit during the day to get the city plow messes cleared out.

Had driveway and front door snow removed promptly and completely. Came back to clear any city snow plow deposit at bottom of drive. Called us back very quickly if we placed a call.

We purchased our home in the winter, without realizing the state of our backyard. We had no understanding of where garden space ended and grass should begin - as there was no grass at all! There were a number of different old surprises left in the ground.The team came, and now we not only have grass, but we have beautiful garden space and a full overhaul of our yard. What we were looking for was a space for our family - what we have now is a space where we can entertain friends. It's just beautiful, and the price was more than reasonable.I would highly recommend this company. The whole team was very kind and friendly, they made multiple trips to our property and stayed connected with us to ensure we were happy and they could answer our questions. There was no work at all for us to do whatsoever, even final disposal was taken care of. Jason was very knowledgeable and ensure he met our needs.We're so happy we've already asked to be on their winter maintenance client list! I'm so thrilled with our results.

Great service! Our complex is cleared of snow promptly and thoroughlyl. On several occasions even though by the time my husband moves the car from the driveway they have done our section, they have come back to clear it. . Great company.

Barely ever comes to do our driveway. Waste of money. We have had to shovel ourselves out multiple times do not recommend.
