Outstanding experience working with JC unlimited. We knew nothing about doing a major reno and Jesse was able to come in and help us shape out vision by guiding us on what was possible. The attention to detail and level of customer service was incredible. We are so pleased with the result! Big shout out to Kyle, who oversaw the day to day on our reno - you truly cared about the quality of every minor detail as if it was your own home. And thanks to Steve for all your hard work as well. Jesse and Team were very friendly, knowledgeable and did great work! We did a very big renovation of the entire house and they were great every step of the way. We had our basement done through JC and it was a much better experience than we have had with other contractors! Our foreman, Kyle, was an absolute pro and very personable. He was always transparent and willing to work with us when we had asks. All of the other members we dealt with (support, design, admin, and the owner Jesse) were very courteous and easy to work with. Having a showroom (and Karley's help) to select all of our finishes kept the process straightforward and allowed for a unified vision. Our project manager Kyle, had great attention to detail on site and was able to creatively problem solve and find solutions to unexpected challenges. Jesse and his Team did an outstanding job! They were a real pleasure to work with, honest and reliable. We had our kitchen and main floor redone by Jesse and his team. It was a large project that required a lot of problem solving. The work was done effectively and on budget despite the delays at the start of the pandemic. They helped us set up temporary solutions until the backorders were resolved so that we could move back into our home. We are very happy with the quality of the work and they were great to work with. Most importantly of all they were trustworthy - would recommend!
