Service was horrible here.We ordered 1 funnel cake ice cream cone and had to wait almost 35 minutes. The person in the kitchen was responsible for sorting all the orders and we found out that our food never came because she cancelled it on the iPad for absolutely no reason. Four large groups were served before us and all got free stamp cards for waiting so long and we got nothing, barely even an apology.The funnel cake and ice cream was actually good. It’s just a shame that they can’t get their act together. Will probably only ever visit the airport outlet location in Richmond.

Cool idea of a modern cafè with 3 businesses in 1We had the praguery soft serve ice cream and burgers from the “s”. The burgers are smashed so are a thin, but wide pattys. They were a little too greasy for my liking and had overwhelming sauce on them.The location of the cafe is nice and they hv a cute little patio to sit on.

Burgers are yummy, but ends of beef always burnt.You should try freshly baked cinnamon with Nutella omg so so good.Pizza doesn’t look great and has regular taste. Unfortunately instead of wooden tray (all people around us had it) we got it on a simple white plate.Location is great.

Honest review, this could just be our experience.Staff 5/5 so kind and sweet. Food/experience 2/5.3 items for just under $50 after tip.We ordered the Margarita pizza. (they ran out of basil so replaced with arugula)Sauce was almost flavorless, one blob of mozzarella on each slice- definitely not worth the 45 minute wait. Nice thing about the pizza was how thin the crust was. That was good!Pistachio soft serve- the only good part was the top. And I love dessert :(The cinnamon cone was old and definitely not fresh, the texture was dry as if it were the outer layer of an old cinnamon bun & the pastry itself had a lemon flavor to it. Was very disappointed with this.Nothing to come back for but I’m glad we tried this place out.Hope your experience is better than ours!

Had an amazing dinner here for their soft launch tonight! Can’t wait for their patio to open. The views are amazing! We will definitely come back.

We got 3 Smash Burgers and Sirius fries. I asked for ketchup, they didn't have ketchup and said the fries didn't need it. They were right! The smash burgers are amazing, absolutely the BEST smash burgers around and fries seasoned to perfection. My boys loved them too. It's a bit pricey $55 for 2 singles, 1 double and 1 fries, but cooked perfectly and very generous portions. I'll be back. Oh, service was great.

Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. We were not impressed by the smash burgers and fries for the price - long wait, way too much sauce on the burger, and fries were very overly greasy. Our friend's order took 3 times as long as ours to come and we noticed hiccups with other orders so clearly they need to resolve communication between kitchen and front-of-house.

Been to ShakeShack, In & Out. The burger at CoHo is the only one in the lower mainland that is a true smashburger. The crazy fries were better than the animal fries at In & Out.

Went for the smashburger, and I will go back for the pizza. It's a novel idea having a food court in its own building. I recently visited one on a recent vacation, and am happy to have one in my own neighborhood.
