The report/estimate was the most professional I have ever seen. Chelsea and James took the time to personally speak with me about my vehicle and work recommended.

I really like the location, the layout of the veh report, and the front desk lady was friendly. I am NOT confident in the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, and of the work he did accomplish, I now have doubts it was done correctly due to their other misinformation. Almost everything he reported was wrong, so I'm guessing it may have been an apprentice.I would like to try this place again. However I will be sure to ask for a different mechanic after which I will adjust the review accordingly. But for now, I didn't leave happy and in the end, cost me more than it should have.

If you at looking for more problems then resolutions then this would be the place to take your car/truck.Sketchy, privately owned shop outside of town. Been taking my truck and wife’s car to this place for regular maintenance since we moved to the area and honestly just had enough with the run arounds, lies and bad work. Wife flat out refuses to even go there alone anymore let alone leave her car with them.Owner is a local guy who thinks he’s established enough to not hold his mechanics accountable for poor workmanship. He will exhaust himself trying to validate poor performance and bad reviews without ever actually coming to the shop or speaking with the client himself.Truly baffled how a establishment like this still exists when there are 20 better options 5 minutes down the road. Stay crystal clear from this place for mechanical needs. Kingston has a lot of great shops. However this is not one of them.

I was looking to get ball joints replaced, which is what they suggested during my oil change about a month ago. They provided an estimate of about $750 for the repair. Two weeks ago, I stopped by to get a quote and they emailed me the quote confirming the price. When I brought my car in for the repair I asked one more time, to confirm the price. I was told however, by their rep Peter (without them looking at the car) that the price would be $1200 higher, as the new arms may be required. I questioned this increase, as they never mentioned it upon the inspection, or quoting. I decided to take the car elsewhere (Midas) where they repaired the ball joints INCLUDING the new arms for $750 + tax ($860 total). I did let this shop replace a headlight bulb for me, for which they didn't charge me for labour (to compensate for the bad experience) which I do appreciate. I do not appreciate them trying to overcharge me extra $1200.Response to the owner's response:Thank you for your response. I am just a regular driver with zero knowledge of auto parts sourcing, so I wouldn't be able to help you much in that respect. The parts they used at Midas also come with lifetime warranty, plus one year warranty on work. I would recommend perhaps checking with your competitors regarding the parts sourcing, if you really believe that that's the problem. The difference of $1200, however, indicates that the problem is not so much with your parts sourcing, but rather with honesty. That is something I would recommend fixing if you are looking to remain competitive.

Great place to get your vehicle repaired.These guys talked to me and worked with me to get repsirs done. Cant say enough about how good i felt after my repairs were done and very happy with cost.

Very good service. They send you an email of the inspection report, including pictures of the issues on my vehicle, which was a very nice feature. It gives a personal feel to the service if you can't stay there during the service. They had my vehicle fixed the next day. They seemed quite trustworthy to me, and I'm sure I will be back.

The absolute worst car shop my Fiance and I have ever gone to in my life. First they ordered and put the wrong size part on my car that made me wait 2 more days after they said it would be done just for them to give it back to me worst than before. I went in for a broken axel than left with a broken transmission, broke down an hour after driving away and caused a car accident AFTER I called about it making a horrible loud noise after the repair and they reassured me that it was “safe” to drive. They then denied it being their fault AFTER they told us they mixed 2 different fluids in our CVT transmission, which causes transmission failures.
