My dog has been going to Country Club since he was a puppy, he has had nothing but good experiences here and is always welcomed by the staff and he is always excited to go and see his favorite workers. I can't imagine how stressful this job can be with the constant noise and being responsible for people's furr babies, my boy Thorin is a handful! However, they are always patient with him and I am very grateful for that :)

I participated in their puppy training and I also utilize their boarding services.The training program was excellent. I discovered many gaps in my knowledge as an experienced dog owner and my new learnings definitely impacted the behavior and emotional well-being of my special needs dog.We travel often and every time we drop off our dog at Country Club for Pets for boarding, he is excited and happy. The facilities are clean and when we pick him up, he's joyfully exhausted! Lol.I have no hesitation recommending Country Club for Pets for training and boarding.

My sister dropped off my and her dog last week for a stay. My dog is TRAUMATIZED after his stay. He will not go outside and is incredibly anxious (normally a very happy, go- lucky dog). They were not given their beds and there were zero updates. No follow up. They were incredibly rude at the desk and asked for a tip at then end. Do not send your dogs here. I am horrified I left them alone here a weekend.

Our 15 year old Vizsla, Merly, has loved going to Country Club for Pets for many years. He wasn't feeling well on his last visit and we were informed immediately. Tara had also called the staff taking care of him the day before to check on his health which had been fine. Merly was carefully carried to our vehicle wrapped in one of their blankets. Every detail about his symptoms was explained to us. We are very grateful for their care and kindness and quick actions. Thank you!

Excellent service staff are kind, courteous, and very efficient. The kennel and store front is kept extremely clean, and they offer so many extras for your dog’s stay, eg, Boarding, extra play time/walks, grooming, separate play time from other dogs if your dog doesn't get along with other dogs or are just a bit scared, training the list goes on and on.My dogs haven't had pleasant kennel experiences in the past. However, after they stayed here, I noticed a HUGE difference they definitely enjoyed this kennel, and from now on, I will be boarding them here whenever needed and recommending it to anyone seeking it!

Very professional, friendly and clean. I take my dog Mylo for puppy training courses, we’ve learned a lot of good things so far, and will continue to go and learn best practices for myself and my pup. Our trainer is very thorough in his technique and quick to correct you when he notices something is off or ready to give helpful advice.We love it here thank you Robert.

I recently brought my dog here while I went on vacation, and I will not be bringing him back.When I arrived I had to fill out paperwork, as I was doing so they took my dog from my bf, never giving me the chance to say goodbye.They give 0 updates on your dog during their stay.When he was picked up he had hives all over his body from stress.I gave them a huge bag for treats for my dog during his stay, and they fed him the ENTIRE bag over the course of 4 days! He had diarrhea for days. The bag of treats normally could last 6+ months!!He got an eye infection, had to take him to the vet to get antibiotics.

Extremely disappointed with our stay.When dropping my dogs off the front staff was not friendly. I heard one of the staff yelling at the dogs in the back. Didn’t smile once during our conversation.There were no updates / pictures of my dogs. I emailed to get an update and they said my one dog was stressed but then no follow up email.I then went to pick my dogs up and they didn’t give me back my dog beds. When I asked for them they told me they didn’t give them to my dogs.And on top of this they ask you to tip on the entire stay when they deserve noTip. Do not book your dogs in here. I have also heard other stories and a lot of people experiencing same thing. Very disappointed
