Big Loads Laundromat

Let me start by saying Big Loads Laundromat is the cleanest, brightest laundry facility I have ever been to in Brooks and I also feel safe being there by myself.After coming home from 4 days of camping and quading I had some serious laundry to do. I used 8 of their washing machines and 8 of their dryers and I was in and out in 2 hours which would probably take me a few days at home. Their machines are AMAZING! The washing machines spin cycle practically spins the clothes dry which makes for drying clothes alot quicker. Bonus, the hockey game was also on while I folded my clothes.I also want to say I love the fact that you can tap your debit or credit card on the machines rather then using coins.If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I will definitely keep going back again and again.

Awesome new large capacity machines which were very helpful considering I had A LOT of laundry to do. Dryers dried even the heaviest of blankets in 45 mins. Yes, they all use tap/cards but it was easy and convenient. Very happy with the results. Would have been 5 stars but the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in a week, littered with dryer sheets, lint, and tissues etc which makes it less fun if you happen to drop some of your clean laundry when transferring it in and out of machines. Considering I was the only customer there the whole time the attendant wasn't exactly busy.

Really impressed with the service at Big Loads. We took a gigantic stuffed animal and oversized fleece blanket that did not fit in a regular machine. Big Loads washed and dried them for us in their large capacity machine at a very reasonable price. They came back smelling amazing and looked fluffier than the day we bought them. Highly recommend using this service, especially for your large items.

I discovered Big Loads Laundromat on the second day that they were open for business.They have a great location, lots of parking, new machines, a great atmosphere, and good prices.I had bought the biggest rubbermaid container I could find and when that gets full I head down there to do my laundry. The name of the business couldn't be more appropriate!Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!

Cleanest Laundromat, I've ever had the pleasure of using. New, super modern, efficient machines with coin free pay/tap pay. Nevermind big loads, HUGE load machines available. The owner popped in, very friendly, personable and professional. I'll be using this over any other laundromat in Brooks. Thanks so much for the GREAT service. Highly recommend!

Excellent laundromat. I had a massive load to get cleaned and I stuffed that machine to the brim with filthy clothes. The machine had done this before though it sucked and spat them out clean. Had a dart then showed my load to the dryer and it literally sucked my laundry dry.

I utilize the attendant service for all of our family's bedding (pillows, king blankets etc) I drop them off on the way to work and pick up on my way home!The attendant was kind enough last time to help me unload all the blankets as I'm 9 months pregnant and had a larger load to drop off! The cleanliness of the facility is the icing on the cake! We cannot reccomed this service/business enough!
