VERY POOR customer service! I wish I did more research, they ruined a few items of mine by shrinking them. Very unfortunate and the way the situation was handled was HORRIBLE!!!NEVER GO HERE!!!

Added zippers to my 30$ windbreaker, cost me 60 bucks but worth it when one at Sportscheck costs 240$ Find a good cheap windbreaker, then ask them to add armpit zippers for breathability.

I had my wedding gown dry cleaned here. The price was far lower than other dry cleaners' quotes and they did a great job...all the grass stains were removed. Very pleased with the service.

I stopped taking my clothes to this cleaner after many years. We had issues in the past with clothes being not cleaned properly but this summer they pretty much destroyed my wife's coat. After much argument we had to pay from our own pockets for the repairs. As the previous gentleman's review said it: if you really care about your clothes consider someone else.

Brought 4 winter coats to be cleaned and had no issues. Coats were cleaned properly.

I brought in a few items one of them being a winter parka that I had purchased several years ago but had only used for two winters. There was a tear that I had asked to be fixed and for the coat to be dry cleaned.When I went to pick up my coat, the tear was not fixed and the leather coating around the zipper and collar were completely torn. When I brought this up to the employee working that day she told me she fixed my other jackets I had brought in (they did not have any tears). After arguing with me about what service I had paid for, she agreed to show her manager. The manager did not contact me until a few days later, in which she mentioned they could have the seam and the coating fixed and I would be contacted once this was all complete (roughly 5 days).Over a week went by and no one had contacted me, I had to call and see if it was ready for pickup. When I went it I took a look and the coating around the zipper and neck was still completely destroyed. I showed and mentioned this to the employee working and she said the manager would contact me.It is now a week later and the manager told me there is nothing she can do about it. I understand those things can happen but as a customer I don't believe I should have to pay for a disservice. I said I would like my money back for this coat and she told me no. She used the words I see what's going on here" as if to say I am trying to swindle her

Gave my wife’s dress to dry clean 2 weeks before an event, was asked to pick up three days before the event. Went there no dress, come back tomorrow. Went back a second time no dress. Come tomorrow we are calling the cleaners to make sure it will be here tomorrow. Went back a third time still no dress. We had to buy a new dress for the event. Went back a week later and the dress is there. Adamant that I would not pay for the dress and the owner changes her story saying the dress was ready on the day it was promised.Anyways poor customer service and the owner does not care. Was offered a coupon for next visit..Will not return obviously.
