The College of Sports Media gave me the tools that I needed in order to break in, and succeed in an ever so competitive sport industry.David Lanys, Ray Williams and the instructors at the College ensured that my peers and I were ready for any challenge that may come our way.Thank you for two unforgettable years. I would not trade my experience for anything in the world.

Attending the College of Sports Media was the utmost, best experience to have the opportunity to work in the renowned sports media industry. From the instructors, to the professional equipment, the two-year program helped me make the leap and enhance all the skills around sports. Thank you for an excellent two years.

My two years at CSM taught me more than I ever anticipated. The experience gave me the opportunity to pursue several different avenues in the sports media industry with high levels of training in each area. The professors care, they're involved, and every student is treated with respect. If you're looking to go into a media career, this is the only school I'd recommend.

This school was truly an incredible experience. Even while spending half of it navigating a global pandemic, the skills, talents, connections and mentors I gained have been extremely worth it. The best part about the school is how similar it is to actually being in the industry. I’ve never felt more prepared walking into a job than I have a few months ago when I got my first television reporting/anchoring job. Employers really are impressed by the amount of skills and knowledge we have just from attending CSM. The above and beyond factor has to be the relationships beyond the last day of school. The teachers truly care about your success and are willing to offer advice and guidance months or even years down the road. The one thing I would advise to you if you’re on the fence about attending CSM is that you really need to be committed and passionate to thrive in this competitive industry, so make sure it is exactly what you want to do. My life would not be the same if I didn’t attend this school and I’m very happy that I did.

If you're fully committed to a career in sports media, this is probably the school for you. This school will give you a ticket into the industry and the tools, resources, and experiences to prove that you belong. Two years ago, I graduated from Queen's University and I was trying to get a job at the bank. A mentor of mine (who worked at the bank!) convinced me to chase my dream of a career in sports media instead. I'm so glad that I did. I will officially graduate from CSM in Fall 2022 with a job in the industry and friendships to last a lifetime. Although this is just the start of my career, I'm confident that I'll look back on my decision to attend CSM as the best decision I ever made!!!

I had a great 2 years at CSM! The environment and more personal teaching style that they employ is incredible. If you have a passion for sports and are interested in the many opportunities that this industry holds then I don't think there is a better program out there. The instructors are all extremely supportive and transfer a ton of knowledge from their experiences. The course truly taught me so much and gave me a professional mindset that has me prepared to enter the industry! I'm really thankful for this school and the fact that it gave me something positive throughout COVID! I'd recommend it to anybody looking to work in sports media without a doubt.

Started working at TSN less than a week after my last day at CSM, as one of my instructors became my employer. That helped me land my current position as a reporter, where I am applying everything I learned in my 2 years at CSM on a daily basis.The College of Sports Media is not a school or university. It is job training for what you will be doing in the broadcasting field, both in front of the camera and behind it. You will get the opportunity to learn, but most important of all, you will get the opportunity to PRACTICE.I’m thankful for my 2 years at CSM… for everyone I got to learn from, the awesome people I got to meet, and the valuable connections I made that will last a lifetime. All you have to do is apply yourself, and CSM will set you up with incredible opportunities in broadcasting.

My time at The College of Sports Media was an incredible experience. The instructors are some of the most knowledgeable in the industry, and the hands-on learning opportunities are second to none. I knew upon graduation that I was prepared for whatever came my way. There’s no better place to start a career in broadcasting than CSM!

I cannot stress enough how this school has prepared me for the work place. Right out of school I obtained a full time On-Air Job doing exactly what I learned at CSM. Dave and his team of professors are incredible... and the connections you make along the way are priceless.

A proven track record of getting graduates hired. Instructors that are both knowledgeable about the industry and working in it as they teach. Plus, an atmosphere that pushes you to aim for whatever your specific career goals are. I can honestly say that this school was a life changer for me and helped me find direction. The depth of the industry connections here cannot be overstated. If you're thinking of perusing a carrer in live entertainment, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not considering CSM.
