Completely terrible store my wife ordered shoes online. The box said 8 1/2 which is what she ordered but the actual shoes in the box was an eight completely the warehouse thought so she went into the store to have them exchanged and what do they do they did the exchange back to the visa instead of just changing out the shoes since it was their mistake charged us another $101 and try to say it was a refund meanwhile my bank when I called them said it’s an actual charge as well so this lady that works there is a liar and these guys are scam. Artist says you have to do returns to take your money even more and charge you double.Any other store if they gave you the wrong size in the box which is there a screwup they give you the actor right size and it’s just a complete change overBut no, they went ahead and build us again and said there’s nothing that we can do because it’s a refund well my bank will take care of it. These guys are terrible never buy wife a look somewhere else. Terrible. Terrible terrible they deserve a zero.*

I went there first time for a pick up of an order I placed online. It was a smooth and quick process. But I ended up scrolling through the store. It has a wide range of shoes for men women and children. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes for my sons. The lady name Eve at the checkout was the sweetest.

For a shoe store there aren't that many brands available. 50% of the store is either nike or sketchers. And given the mediocre selection the proces are rarer high.If you're not overly picky and you just need average shoes it'll do, but of your particular about what you want, it's hit and miss here.
