The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. Th selection is impressive, and not just for a small place. Finally, the prices are impressive! Just one example, Organic Kale is half the price of the non-organic kale down the street at Metro! I love this little place, and am greatful they have come to my neighborhood. <3

Experts serious however friendly. They are quick to help and able to suggest the right product. Stay open and listen, they are knowledgeable and show enthusiasm. They offer a free membership that brings rebates to your bill.I buy the CBD cream for my elderlies (their knee or elbow pain) but this time I shopped for organic cinnamon sticks.I totally recommend it.

They have a well-curated selection of health food products (expensive but really good) and they’ve recently added a loyalty program which has encouraged us to shop there a lot more than we used to. It’s a good spot to grab clean/ organic beauty products, cleaning products, healthy snacks or supplements and some organic groceries as well.

Amazing store with fantastic products but most of all kind and welcoming staff. I lived near the old store and loved it very much. It was always a pleasure going there but I'm loving the new location even more, although I moved to the other end of the city. The new location has a great fresh vibe with so much light and clarity and the staff still as amazing as always. For me it's worth every trip :)

Love this shop so much. I always find what I need and honestly the best customer service ever. Everyone's always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I know I can always find some health info just by stepping in. And as a vegan, I find really good products there. :)

I use to shop at the old store that was on Notre-Dame and the staff there was amazing. However, I really do not like the vibe and the staff at de la Montagne. Each time I go there, there is a lady who seems to be the manager or owner, who just gives off this weird vibe. She's rude, doesn't smile and just seems annoyed each time I ask a question. I do not feel welcomed (even though I pay A LOT of money for their products as everything is overpriced). My spouse has experience the same treatment. The space is tiny and it is hard to circulate properly. They get 3 stars because they sell a variety of vegan products.

Excellent store. Very knowledgeable staff, naturopath always on hand, and they are all super friendly. There's a wide variety of products available and they'll special order something for you if they can. Plus they always help me carry things to my car when I have a heavy load! Lucky to have them in the neighbourhood.

I love the stores concept, I am passionate about organic and eco-friendly products so was intrigued when I passed in front of this store, unfortunately was quickly disappointed. Their products are HEAVILY overpriced (I buy half of these products elsewhere for a fraction of their prices). They do have a nice variety of items, I just couldn’t get past most of their prices. And the customer service I experienced today was horrible. The employees there today weren’t very welcoming, didnt get a hello or thank you for shopping, no one offered to help with what I was looking for. This shop has so much potential, great location but the customer service and overpricing ruins it all.
