When it comes to doing full car inspection analysis, they are not good at what they do. They exagerate in suggesting to change what is not broken, avoid suggesting obvious future problem causes, and can't troubleshoot a light circuit worth of 200$. Taking a Honda to be repaired at Honda dealer was a expensive car wash.

I am not quite sure if this was the Honda branch Randy, a Filipino guy (don't know the last name) is working. I just wanted to share about what happened to me earlier(April 5, 2022 at around 5pm). I was along Fraser St and 51st Ave when my tire just went flat. I didn't know what to do cause I've never had any incident like this before. I didn't have BCAA so I tried phoning towing services but it will cost over $100. It took us approximately 2hrs when suddenly a guy asked us if we needed help. He helped us limitlessly without any hesitation. We were able to come home safe with a fixed tire. I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH RANDY. You were God sent. I bought my first car from this dealership and after visiting many dealerships, especially Honda dealerships, this was the best one I’d been to. When you walk in, make sure to ask for Ari! He’s incredibly patient and will walk you through all the steps of purchasing a car. He’s also committed to ensuring his customers are always satisfied. If you aren’t satisfied, he’s the kind of salesperson to go out of his way to make sure you are. Also, no matter how many questions you have, Ari will always welcome them (this wasn’t the case with other salespeople). Even after buying my car, Ari made sure to check in with me a few days later to see if I had any questions or concerns about the car — again, making sure that his customers are satisfied. I will definitely be recommending Ari to friends or family members that are looking to purchase a car! Connie and Hattie were also incredibly helpful when it came to the finance part of buying the car. The whole process was very smooth thanks to them! Overall, I’m incredibly happy with this dealership & would recommend it to anyone!

I've been going to this dealership for more than a decade but after my experience there over the weekend- I won't be back. It's hugely unprofessional for staff to be sharing their political views in front of customers, even more so when they're calling for the head of our Prime Minister. Absolutely appalling.
