Mission Thrift Store

The staff are very friendly and usually I come away with few treasures. We always donate to this store and are usually very happy. But today was very busy and there only one change room being used. After waiting around for the change room for 20 minutes I had to leave. But I left empty handed and feeling very frustrated! Upon mentioning it to the cash staff I was told Value Village had no change rooms anymore. Really? Is this what you want people to compare this store to? Fine, I realize clothing walks out of the door sometimes, but where do you get the clothing in the first place? From us, your customers!Thank you for letting me vent!

It's a great place to shop! Their prices are fair, especially on the clothing, but the furniture prices are a little steep. The staff are very friendly too!

We dropped off good donations today and I was completely appalled. They selected what they wanted andturned away certain items that they said they couldn't sell. Christian they are not. Just looking to make big profits. There are a lot of people in need. Will never take anything there or shop there ever again, such a disgrace. I went to Value Village and they were more than grateful.

My weekly treasure hunt! This store has hard working volunteers who greet you with a smile! The store is clean and all merchandise is well displayed. I’m always amazed at what I find and the pricing is reasonable. I’ve also donated items to the store so it’s a definite win-win!

My 75 year old father who has gone to this store almost daily for at least the past 10 years was in there yesterday and was short changed a dollar. He realized when he got out to his car. He immediately went back in and the manager who recognizes him as a regular and had just had a conversation with him insisted he needed the receipt which the cashier had not given to him. In actuality having the receipt wouldn't even prove one way or the other whether he was short changed or not. It would prove he was just there but she knew that, she had spoken to him 30 seconds earlier. It's the fact that by saying he needed a receipt she was essentially telling him he might be making it up... trying to rip off the store for a dollar... the same store he's been in spending hundreds/thousands of dollars in each month for years. It's so insulting and a just a disgusting way to treat people. I immediately went in and voiced my concern to the manager that this was no way to treat people. She couldn't possibly have cared less.

The best prices of any thrift shop in town! Clean, well-organized store with friendly staff where you can always find something new and different!

If you look you may find some great things. I found 3 pairs of shoes same price. When I got to counter I was told the tagg was switched.. they have cameras. You can see I didnt and when I went and got 3 other samepairs with the same price they didnt want to hear it. if ur employees arent doing there job right thats not on me. Done. I'm so done with this store accusing people of stealing or anything and then to tell me I shouldn't shop there anymore I'll be calling the bbb and owners. Call it a Christian store I've yet to see 1 christian thing being done. Just treating people like thieves. Ur done for me. I used to shop here all the time. I'll be telling everyone I know about my multiple experiences here like when my son threw up on himself so I took tags to the front paid went and changed him and when I left I was followed and accused of stealing. Again infrint of multiple cx . Get together. You have lost 6 cx now.
