I love this company and all that they do! I recently had an issue with one of my custom engravings and their customer service team really went above and beyond to ensure that I would be satisfied! I want to especially thank Tezun, as their attentiveness and overall caring personality made the buying experience amazing. The boards are so beautiful, you can tell that they are made with care and amazing craftsmanship. I am in love with my new cheese and charcuterie boards and I can’t wait to order more! I ordered a product. It came, and it was actually nicer than the pictures, which is cool! Unfortunately, part of it came broken. Plot twist! I emailed them about it and the same day they sent me a replacement, which I promptly recieved. Great product and service!

I am a student. I went there last month to ask for material information and buy some smaple to go home. At that time, there was an Asian girl. I was just asking her about the material information, but her attitude changed suddenly. attitude towards my service is particularly bad. The most important thing is that she kicked me out ! I',m a customer a student, What she did to me was not fair! Why is this kind of person going to work there? I don't understand her behavior. Very bad experience! Never come again!

I bought the charcuterie board as a housewarming gift for my aunt. She absolutely loved it. The piece is simply beautiful and presents so well. It reminds me of walnut. The feel of the material is hard to describe - the closest I can get to a description is it it feels like satin. It's one of those things that you have to hold in your hands to truly understand.The best part it's made of 100% recycled chopsticks. Amazing!
