I have been a student of Alborz Tae Kwon-Do Academy for about 12 years and there is a good reason for it--Excellent training delivered in a very professional manner. Unlike other schools, Master Hamid, an 8th Dan Black Belt, and the sole owner of the Academy, teaches and trains personally with you as this enables him to know and understand all his students' strengths, weaknesses and potential and therefore able to improve and upgrade their skills where necessary. I consider this method of training, under the direct supervision of the master himself, far superior to any other style offered or even to any other school for that matter. In conclusion, Alborz Tae Kwon-Do Academy offers the finest and most authentic teaching of the martial arts--- Tae Kwon-Do --for children and adults of all ages for all levels.

Since being at Alborz, my kids have not only progressed learning TKD but have increased their self confidence, sense of respect for self and others, and discipline. Master Hamid and Tina truly care about the kids, which is demonstrated by how they teach each kid at their level, coaching them to be better and recognizing strengths but also balancing when to be gentle and have fun. I have observed older kids who have been coming here for years who treat their teachers/ coaches with respect and as adults they trust. The black belt students volunteer their time helping the younger kids. This place has a wonderful and inclusive family atmosphere with a good mix of long time and new students. Good opportunities to compete and achieve at events as well with excellent coaching and a good balance of high performing competitive students at each belt level.

I have been practicing martial arts for almost 30 years. I have joined alborz taeKwondo 24 years ago. In my opinion grand master Hamid is one of the most knowledgeableand professional instructors that I have had the privilege to learn from. Both master Hamid and master Tina are great with kids, they have created a great environment for both Younge and Old to experience the best of taekwondo. The positive energy and fun environment is what’s kept me going for all of this years. Thank you master Hamid for teaching us and sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us.

Its an awesome taekwondo academy!! I've been here for 4 1/2 years so far. It is a really nice, welcoming, and safe environment. I would definitely recommend! :)

Our 7 year old son goes to Alborz and really enjoys the lessons. Master Hamid runs a kid-friendly teaching environment that keeps children as young as 4 engaged and motivated to progress. Birthday parties here are also a LOT of fun for the kids. He has over two decades of experience running this particular studio and has many graduates who compete at the national level. As an adult I'm tempted to sign up myself to see what it would be like.
