I found that the sub I ordered, the bread felt not fresh. Also the staff was not speaking loud enough and clear event doh they were good in their service.

The worst experience ive had today31st January 2023 / 4:11PMI asked the bald creepy looking guy with glasses behind the counter to not cut my sandwich in halfInstead just slice it like subwayHe acted like he didnt understandUntil he cut the bread like i asked him not to and tell me that we dont do that here then slapped the bread making it all squishy like someone stepped on itWhen i asked for the manager because he was being rude he told me he was the managerHe was talking there was spit flying all overThen asked me to exit the place because and refused me serviceIs that what dagwood is about ?Is that how dagwood employees treat their customers !Ive been a client of dagwoods since years first time ive experienced such horrible behaviour im disappointed !!AVOID THIS DAGWOOD !!!!PS: i will report this guy to dagwood 100% wont let this go like thisCorprate needs to know about this un sanitary , disrespectful guy !!

As an ex Dagwoods employee, I often need to satisfy my craving from back in the days. The guy who is usually on the meat slicer (don't know his name) is really on point, makes the sandwiches properly with the right number of ingredients each time. I can tell he loves using the slicer, which was one of my favorite parts of the job as well, every time I see him go I get nostalgic.And of course, everyone is friendly and the sandwiches are delicious as always.I really wish there was a Dagwoods in the Terrebonne/Mascouche area, but for now FBV will do

I went on April 26th around 5:15pm.Unfortunately i have thrown my receipt out. It was quiet busy but i stood there and waited for my turn. The customer before me got a sandwich and the associate didn't realize the bread on one side was burnt. Associate Frederick, super kind noticed it and took new sets of bread and reheated it for the customer. I thought it was a really nice gesture. Your sandwiches are super good and pricey the fact he noticed it on his own and redid the sandwich was very thoughtful of him. This place is also super friendly.Thanks for the amazing service guys!

One of my favorite food chains to go for lunch. Sadly there are less and less of these around. Staff is super friendly and the food is always fresh.

Best sammich I have had in a long time - miss Dagwoods!! I need one on the east end!! ;). Fresher than that other guy!! Even with new staff they cranked out Sammie's like pros!

Dagwoods is the best place for sandwiches grilled or plain. They use good quality ingredients, the meats are exceptionally delicious, the manager is always there to welcome you and says goodbye to you when you leave. And most often he is the one that prepares your sandwich. I need my Dagwoods fix at least once a month. As far as I know, and I’ve been to all of them on the West Island, this location is the best.
