Ouvrage de plomberie, remplacement de valves pour toilette et changement de système intérieur de toilette. Ouvrage bien effectué et travaux propres. Recommande cette entreprise pour des travaux bien faits.

Pose de deux toilettes en très peu de temps. Efficace, respectueux et comprend nos besoins rapidement.

Très bon service, j’ai fait remplacer ma toilette par une toilette intelligente et je suis très satisfait du service. Travail rapide et propre. Merci!

I recently purchased a home that Montpellier et fils had installed underfloor heating in 2021. When I activated the system for winter, it didn’t work. While Dominic was initially helpful through messages, he suddenly stopped replying. After several more attempts (and over 2 weeks of waiting) he said he would visit the following week, but never gave a date and ultimately never showed up without notice. Another date was scheduled which again he failed to show up to, and again gave no notice or apology. In the end I called someone who came the next day and fixed the system in a few hours.While I can’t comment on the work of Montpellier and fils (I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was done well originally and there was a problem beyond their control), the aftercare was shockingly bad. I understand you’re busy and have other jobs to attend to, but don’t say you’ll come and then fail to show up without notice. It’s poor customer service, and not a good sign for anyone who might need your support after a job.

Très satisfait du service offert ! Professionnel et prix compétitif. Je ferai toujours affaire avec cette compagnie pour mes problèmes de plomberie.

I saw one of their trucks driving today, tailgating other drivers at 120-130 Kph and driving very eratically. I will absolutely not give this place my business if this is how they and their employees behave.

Bande de pourris qui honorent pas leur paroles, leurs garanties etc. Si seulement je pouvais mettre zéro étoiles je le ferais. Et en plus je suis contracteur, constructeur-- j'en ai vu d'autres avant Jean Montpellier. Il ne me retourne même pas les appels malgré que j'ai toujours reste poli, patient et professionnel. Mais là, quand je dis pourris, c'est parce que c'est pourrai vrai. Rappel moi asteur!
