I don't usually go to Pizza Pizza because of a past experience with the quality of their food. However, this particular location knocked it out of the park! I've never had a better Hawaiian slice in my life. Whatever they're doing at this location, other franchise locations should take notice and see how it's done.

I love pizza’s from pizza pizza always that why I order from there most of the times. This time I ordered all the instructions were followed but the crust was so thick it felt like the pizza dough was undercooked. I hope you guys improve next time. It was hard to eat that thick slices and dough felt mushy and undercooked. Sorry about that. It never happens to be true thats why I always order from you guys. Its fine I just hope you improve. We love your pizzas❤️

I walked in with 60 dollars cash. My total was around 32.75 for 2 large pizzas and 4 cokes with 2 sauces. I gave the cashier 3 20 dollar bills, 60 dollars, and she handed me back around 7 dollars. She took an extra 20 from me and refused to thoroughly check if she indeed messed up. I am 100% sure I did not lose the cash and give her the wrong amount. I am certain she took the extra and refused my correct change. I asked her multiple times to please make sure, and I ended up leaving without my 20. I do not know her name as it was in the heat of the moment, however this is no excuse for the poor customer service I received today. pizza pizza, fix this.

I visited this location on last Week and it was the worst service providing location up-till now as of my experience. I ordered one large pizza with 3 toppings and extra cheese. It was OVERCOOKED and the most important thing is about SAFETY MEASUREMENTS. Nobody was wearing any gloves or not followed any other safety precautions. As I just pick the slice of pizza it’s all fall apart. Waste of time and money. Pizza Pizza is one of my favourite franchise but this encounter was very disappointed. Advice not to visit this location at all.

Pizza is awesome and so are the sides. They have a lot of options available in the menu for vegetarians, vegans and non-vegetarians. We really loved the pizza and the service is also good.

weak sauce wings and soggy wedges for a 2 minute drive delivery lousy work and just tastes bad in general, this was 5 months ago since then I got wings without sauce and just last night I ordered a pizza with 4 dips peppercorn ranch, creamy garlic, cheddar jalapeños and creamy dill how on earth did I get a sweet chilli thai instead of the creamy dill it’s a pizza

I ordered classic poutine and they gave me poutine with no gravy and no cheese and they didn’t even give me folk. Very bad service, they didn’t deserve even one star. Later I went there and got my money back, but the cashier was arguing with me pretending to admit his mistake. Pizza Pizza needs attention at this location and the employees don't know how to talk to a customer at all.

Pizza tasted delicious but I did not like how they made the jalapeño poppers. The taste was weird and I do not recommend it to anyone. No comments on pizza!
