I am paid per container I haul. When these clowns take four hours to spend one minute loading I lose money. A disorganized mess. Terrible service. Can't wait to never step foot in this facility again.

I'm on highway for 10 hrs /day. When im waiting over 1.5 to 3 hrs at terminal its big lost of quality time . Need to be more organize or here more operator

Speed of service seems to be luck of the draw, sometimes immediate, sometimes you are waiting forever. Computerized gates have a tendency to not work. Top-loader operators can be ornery at times.

Seems like many other heavily unionized ports and railyards. Without their protected status, the privilege that CN employees have here to treat outside workers (who technically are guests) as incompetent or dumb would vanish. Good riddance to any professional time-wasters here, especially in that office.

Worst transport company to deal with. Poorly managed. This company should be out of business. They don't even answer the phone. Terrible. I would leave a 0 if I could.
