Store is very large with a good selection of fabrics and supplies. Not a great selection of padding materials. Store feels dated. Staff were helpful but not overly friendly.

Lots of friendly helpful staff. I never have a problem finding someone to help me out. They always have great suggestions. The selection of fabric and notions is fantastic. I rarely have trouble finding that perfect thing for my next big craft/sewing project.

Would not let us in with our well behaved miniature poodle. But you can bet they’d be fine with someone with 3 kids with sticky fingers. Makes no sense. Go somewhere else.

I love fabricland. I wish their location was back in the west end also instead of just up in the north end of Peterborough. Also, I wish they would carry more foam materials for restoring seats but besides that they carry a lot of materials which is great

The store is clean and well organized. The girl I had help me was fantastic. I had asked for some different t fabrics for a project I am trying to make and she knew exactly where to find them. Left the store armed for sew adventures at home. Thank you.

Hi, my first point of contact was with Natasha, I live about 3 hours away and have been looking for a certain item. Natasha was fast to answer my inquiry and was extremely helpful, thank you. Natasha asked me to call back and speak to her manager Rhonda on a resolution with regards to having an item shipped to me. Rhonda went above and beyond.
