This is my favorite hotel in the area. Staff is super friendly, the food is of quality, and rooms are fresh and clean. Highly recommend if you are in Laval/Montreal for business. Perfect access going in to and out of Montreal.

The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked into the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Questions or requests were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Very pleased with the service.

Long weekend in May 2023.The hotel is acceptable; its safe, comfortable and clean. It's accessible (although steep and off to the side) and family friendly. I think it's newly renovated(?) It's fine but it was less than what I expect from a Hilton. I would stay here again but would not make a detour for it.The hotel is located off the highway. It's easy to locate, and in good proximity to a big mall. There is a small pool, hottub and gym. In the lobby, there is a restaurant, convenience store and lounging area in the lobby as well as washrooms. There were two of the three elevators available during our stay. They made frequent stops thanks to the several hockey teams' players who tested the functionality of all the different buttons. The stairs are open steel steps with concrete walls. There is rust but they feel solid. The rooms are large and well appointed. (You could easily fit a playpen in the room.) The beds are comfortable, 4 feather pillows and a duvet on our bed. The mattresses and linens were clean and no evidence of insects. The furniture is clean, wipe-able and unstained. The refrigerator is too small and it didn't cool very quickly. There are places to put down your suitcase and a large closet with a combination locker, a spare blanket and extra pillow. The temperature is easy to adjust on the thermostat., as long as it's in the cool or heat position. We ran the fan/cooling all night because of the humidity in the room. It felt hot and soggy when it was on.The washroom is large which is nice when you have little kids or a walker. There is a vanity mirror that is low light and a big light with a ventilation fan. The bath/shower was functional. The shower had a good pressure and lots of hot water. The hotel provides large bottles secured to the wall for body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body cream as well as a little hand soap. The washroom linens are thick and well sized. You get three of each but you can request more. The TV has good options including local cable. The wifi was good enough to stream or download large files. Wifi worked well all over the hotel, including in stairs. There was an ice machine on our floor but it was broken. The pool room is very loud and there was a strong smell of chloramine in the air. The gum is pretty spacious with a variety of machines and free weights. It's sufficient to get a good workout in.There was ample parking and many electric charging stations. They have picnic tables but next to the highway. It's very loud. You can hang out in the lobby where there is seats. The breakfast buffet was mostly fresh, with a make your own waffles. The service is slow but they are very nice. It was reasonably priced as well at $23 per adult, $12 for kids (+taxes +gratuities). They have to go cups for coffee.

This Hilton was wonderful to stay in for me and my colleagues during our business trip. The use of the lounge was incredibly helpful for us as we had very early and long days. Having access to the lounge is a very nice treat. Everything was incredibly clean and the service was lovely. Highly recommend the Nespresso coffee in the lounge! Our stay was comfortable and lovely

Room not done, no face coths available, water does not drain from tub after shower, water does not drain from sink, loose faucet... Rooms not very soundproof... Noisy from hallway and Adjacent rooms... kids crying yelling running... not cool for work business travelers. Front desk staff not very sympathetic. 4 star hotel? I dont think so... Never again. Hotel is not up to Hilton quality.

Excellent place to stay while on business. Close to the highways and can easily get into the city centre as well. Staff were all very friendly, and rooms were immaculate. Enjoyed breakfast every day in the Corporate section. Lots of parking, and the fastest elevators we've ever had in a hotel. Quiet rooms, with a great view. Highly recommended.

The service at check in was great. Unfortunately room 218 is directly next to the air conditioning cooling towers and the noice and vibration of them is noticeable even with ear plugs. I did not sleep well. Next time I would expect to be asked during check-in if it's ok to stay in a room with that kind of noise pollution.

The Hotel is very clean and modern, rooms are spacious and well appointed. Bathrooms in the rooms are quite large. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Quartz onsite Restaurant has a varied menu for most tastes and provides quality dining. Ample onsite free parking.
