Great subway location! I had a wonderful experience with Jojo a few months ago! She remembered who I was and was super welcoming every time that I came in after that. She always makes my sandwiches great and was very cautious about sanitation and changing her gloves. I am sure the other staff members are just as great at their jobs! Thanks Jojo.

This Subway is a Classic/Historical-landmark of the area. It's been there forever, and many people have grown up from kids to adults eating here. The management as employees are very good and decent. Order up and enjoy the food.Out of the hundred times I've been there, I had an issue only once and I contacted management directly and they resolved it immediately. If you have any issues, just contact the management directly and they'll solve it.

The guy just made sandwich without hearing full instructions and didn’t care to pack properly and handed me sandwich with only primary packing(wax papers).

How is this acceptable? Order off door dash and when we called to let them know, they knew exactly what we were talking about and still decided to have it deliver to us. Careless.

Staff needs better training on how to use the POS system and on how to talk to customers.While the food was being made my boyfriend asked if USD was accepted and an employee who was on their way out said yes, once she left, the other employee complained that it was too much of a hassle and said she couldn’t take it. Since we didn’t have another form of payment, the food was already done and someone else had assured us we could pay with USD, her solution was to charge us as if we had payed in CAD. We were charged $25USD for a $24CAD bill because she “couldn’t give us change” and treated extremely poorly. The fact the she used the words “too much of a hassle” instead of lying as saying “we can’t” or being honest and saying “I don’t know how to” and the way she spoke to us is was I find so unbelievable, specially when we were the only people in the establishment.

My son asked for only Xtra Xtra olives on his footling sub. No other topings and the sandwich maker would only put 2 small handfuls on the sub. If the customer is not putting lettuce tomatoes onions green peppers or anything else on the sub I believe the customer should be allowed to have four or five handfuls of olives if that is what he wants. But unfortunately he did not agree with me so we paid for our subs and we will never ever return to that subway ever again
