I always came at 3 am and at that time the girl who is working never takes the order on time . I saw her many times she was eating and enjoying her food and dont look at customer . She speaks rudely . That girl is indian and has no respect for customers

Not very impressed. To start with, the lady behind the till spoke very softly, into the air, and with no eye contact, so I wasn't sure she is talking to the radio or me standing waiting to have orders taken. If I said I didn't know she's talking to me or the radio, she fires back that I'm rude. Okay. Got my orders taken, coffee somewhat weak, earl grey tea with no milk in it. Ironically speaking, Great service this time around Tim Hortons.

Men’s bathroom had feces all over the floor, no soap in either dispenser, no paper towel. I tried to tell the counter and they yelled at me saying it Wendy’s and Wendy’s said I was Tim hortons. They are both in the same building. Absolutely brutal experience I will never stop there again.

Visited here for first time and had coffee and chocolate chunk cookie. Place was clean with lots of space for sitting. Employees are polite and smiling.Service is quick. Also washroom’s are clean.

THE SHORT STOUT FILIPINA LADY WAS RUDE.(I can say she's Filipino cause I'm Filipino too, but when I say my order, I say it in english.)We were here like a couple of weeks ago.I ordered 1 bacon farmers wrap and 1 sausage and bacon farmers wrap. She raised her hand as a sign for me to wait as she was not ready to take orders yet, then asked me if it was bacon or sausage (not smiling), so I repeated the orderWhen she gave me the order, there was only one wrap, and I told her I ordered 2. but she said in tagalog and in a rude kind of way that I only said 1 bacon and sausage, and then she twirled her eyes at me.I don't usually give a bad review, but for me, as a first timer in Edson , I'm sorry for the other staff for working with someone like her.The quality of the food is okay, but that specific filipina's service is WORST. It affects the performance and service of the whole crew.

Beautiful, cute and clean Tims.Was quite helpful to grab a bite while driving on the yellow head.The store is located along the highway, so you can't miss it.Free parking is available.Restroom are clean and well maintained..The drive thru is also fast.Outdoor seating is available.

We visit this place everytime we are heading to Jasper and Banff, and so was this time, to grab some quick snack and coffee. This place has a drive through and you can so if you are in hurry, you can have the option to pick up whatever you want and hit the highway again real quick. The best part is it's touching the highway and therefore you don't need drive much to reach this place. However, when I went this time the dine in was closed and all the precautions on the covid front have been taken by them.

Service was the quickest I've ever seen at a Tims. Food was great too. Didn't dissapoint.

Rude and angry. Can't get an order right to save their lives, then bite your head off when you drive all the way back to have your order re-made. My poor stepfather had to go around the whole store to enter on the Wendy's side because the Tims part is not wheelchair accessible
