I had went to this location at 10:30 on Monday night after work. This location closes at 11 so I was still early enough. When I walked in to pick up my order online the person working who appeared to be a manger greeted me by saying “Here to no pick up your last minute order” I was surprised by that comment. I then no proceeded to pay for the order. I always leave tip as I work in the industry. She then shifted my pizza at me and sat back down in a chair in the corner using her clipboard. I asked if my dips were in the box. She got up..I opened eh box and said “no” and told her it was a Cesar and medium dip. She walked to kitchen grabbed the one and reached under counter grabbed the second one. She then said to me “ Next time, give the employee some time to read the receipt” ok now how she gonna do that from her chair!?! I was so disgusted by these remarks. I have always loved toppers pizza. I am a frequent buyer. I will never go back to this location and most likely never agin to this business itself. Please do better by hiring employees with manners.

Pizza was greasy and definitely not thin crust as requested. Got home and it wasn’t even cut through. Had to dig out my pizza cutter and really work to get pieces separated. Quality has changed a lot in the last few years. Meatball crustano also cannot be called a meatball sandwich. There were about six tiny meatballs right in the centre of the roll, a little sauce and hardly ant cheese. Won’t be buying again from franchise.

I cannot believe people call this the best in Sudbury. By far the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. The people that work there could not get an order right if their life depended on it. I called to tell them I didn't get what I ordered and got told they will try harder next time. Trust me there will be no next time.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas, and got 2 small pizzas, for pickup. $27 for 2 small pizzas, and have to go and get it oursleves. Needless to say, it was just dough with lots of sauce, barely any cheese, and minimal toppings. It seems the price keeps going up, while the quality is becoming that of the cheapest food you could possibly get. Never, EVER will we be going there again. They just dont care about quality anymore....only profits.

Very seldom do I eat pizza these days, however after quite sometime of not eating Toppers pizza I decided to purchase their pepperoni pizza. Disappointment doesn’t come close to describe how the taste and quality has diminished. Pitiful.

I have ordered here 3 times in the last 6 months and not once has my order been correct. There are always various small errors on each pizza we order. If you ask for thin crust, you'll get regular. If you ask for regular crust, you'll get thick. I am annoyed that this Toppers location is the closest to me, yet it is by far the least reliable. I even had an employee tell me that they were to be lucky to break even" because of all of the orders that they have had to re-do."
