Our 22,000lb forklift got stuck in the back corner of the yard on loose gravel - we tried for 2 hours to get it unstuck. Ray's guy knew exactly what to do and had it out in less then 10 minutes. Total professional. One of the best operators I've ever watched.

Warning!!!!!If you people are going to use this chomp , be careful. Make sure you have everything he says in writing.He will rob you blind!!Look around at our business before going with this fruit cake. Take it from me.

I’ve dealt with Rays towing twice now. They are always quick to respond to my calls and have helped me out of some really rough situations where other tow trucks told me it would cost over a 1000 to get the car to the shop I needed it at. 10/10 service. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Drivers are unprofessional and have no consideration for drivers 08/24/21 upperjames and rymal thanks for letting merge into the the lane. Drivers like you give real professional drivers a bad name.

worst experience ever. I would never recommend this company to anyone. they over charged me for a deliver that I needed done asap as well as over charging me for taking off a container and reloading it up. I had a shipment that needed to be deliver and I was refer to this company. I called him and he said no problem, I can get it done for 400 dollars. I was then told that I needed to take back the container and I was in a jam. ( Friday at 1 30 pm) The company said no problem they would leave it in there yard until monday to send it back. I get a call on Monday by there secretary saying I owed them 1000 plus hst. I said fine please forward me a bill and I will pay. 1 minute later I get a phone call from Mr Ray saying I have to pay the bill and that if I did not, the container would not be drop. My question is that why is this company asking for a payment when the job was not done yet. This was flag 1. I then looked further into the hours of what he wanted to charge me. I did my calculation from Markhan to Kitchener and it was 1 hour and 45 minutes. He started his day at 9 am and then arrive at the location at 12pm. He hooked the trailer the wrong way because he thought is was a drop off only, but I do not see how that is my problem. If your a truck driver, you should always do things the correct way not a different way every time you have shipment. I was fine with the 4.5 hours and then 1 hour to go back to hamilton from kitchener. But from there location on Victoria street in stony creek to Markham it is only 1.30 minutes. So in total I have 6.5 hours of driving time. They charge me for 10 hours. His reasoning was that he had to drop it twice and pick it back up and that why it took so long. I payed the full amount but then I ask to see the log books of his driver, he said that his driver does not need to log in is drive time. I am surprised because being a commercial driver you have to log every time you travel, so I will be making sure that I contact the MTO and ask them why this company does not have to do this. Please do not use this company without getting anything in writing and proof that they actually did the correct hours.

Helped unload a bulldozer off a stepdeck onto a tilt-n-load trailer and unloaded it onto the ground. Excellent, professional and very prompt! Wonderful to deal with, will most certainly use again when in the area and customer doesn't have a loading ramp.
