Amazing nurses, great staff that are caring and will go above and beyond. The bathrooms are right next to the clinic door if needed. Been coming here for 2 years and always had a good experience. Thank you Coverdale staff for everything you do, it's appreciated!

Got assaulted by one of their nurses. Terrible staff. I want to update that I got a call from nurse practitioner Paulette Wallace who added insult to injury and threatened me that I need to take this post down.

Terrible experience having my blood drawn, I have never experienced a bruised hand with intense pain when blood was drawn at hospitals, or Life Labs, I wish Invitae used a different clinic, I was unable to use my left hand for a week as it had to recover from this terrible experience

My nurse was a very friendly Asian lady who took great care of me for my brief visit to get an Invitae test done. Attentive, communicative, and warm. Very pleasant experience overall!!

No accessible bathrooms and no attempt at helping resolve the problem. Shocking for a medical firm. Their answer was to go to one of their other clinics next time and that still doesn’t solve the problem
