Shoppers Drug Mart

Today I purchased 10 no name iced tea 200 ml tetra PACs for $1.00. I was charged $1.00 + $1.00 + $.40 for a total of $2.40. I paid and when I got to my car I began to question the amount. I went back into the store leaving my items in the car and asked why these amounts and she rang it up again with the other Pacs in the store and said that’s what was in the computer. I had bought other items but did not get a receipt. I asked for my receipt but apparently that was not available. Please explain why the charge. Deposit on 10 is $.05 or $.50 plus tax of $.08.

Fantastic Pharmacy team. Location is always clean and kept tidy.Great selection of gift card and various sundries.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Always greeted at the door with a smile and hello. The RBC machine is a godsend. The post office people are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Wow, I’ve never had this ever happen to me. I was in the cosmetic section getting some stuff on sale ( woohoo!) but the lady (sherryl) working was hovering over me , kind of uncomfortable. As I grabbed some stuff , I walked over to where the lashes were and she pretty much grabs everything out of my hands and says I HAVE to pay in cosmetics? I’ve never had that before , I was explaining that I wasn’t even done shopping and she said doesn’t matter but I can’t leave the section with the stuff unless I pay there. But everyone else was aloud to leave with stuff and browse the store ? Was this because I was wearing a hoody on a cold day ? Like I don’t understand why I was the only one ? Anyways , I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN I was made to feel like I was going to be a criminal !!! I have money I pay for things I don’t steal. Sherryl you need better customer service skills !!! Very rude.

As it is close to home. I never ge5 bored but happy to do my shopping here, friendly. Helpful staff, good selection of products and one thing I love is lots of on sale that I can save.

Hello, I have recently switched Shoppers Drug Mart locations. The Mission Hill location i have had better experience with. The two VERY nice ladies that work in the beauty department, are very nice and helpful.I was treated with kindness and I certainly appreciate it.The Shoppers I used to go to by the hospital 665. I believe I was profiled, on my appearance. As I'am first nations. I was looking for eye shadow in the Matte look. My hubby was walking around shopping. I was watched and then a store employee was getting off work (Had her winter jacket on) and stood in the isle I was in. She then asked do you need help" in a curt manner. At that point her follow through in asking was poor and I answered

The pharmacy is just the absolute worst. They claim my medication will be ready by 6:00 pm the next evening. So I go at 6:30 (a 30 minute grace) the next evening. And guess what? It's not ready and they say I'll have to wait 20 minutes. LOL. This happens every time. Time for a new pharmacy.

The staff in general at this location are always really pleasant and nice to deal with, but this review is specifically for the pharmacy staff. They have been wonderful! Between issues with a terrible family doctor and Covid...it’s been hard for my husband to get a prescription for his asthma inhalers. The pharmacy here has gone above and beyond to ensure he has a rescue inhaler at all times. They obviously have to stick within regulations...but they do everything they can to make this easier for us. Even to the point where they called us 8 minutes before they closed to see if we needed to pick up a new inhaler and I’m sure if we said yes they would have made it happen! Considering asthma is a very serious thing, I can’t explain how much I appreciate them taking care of my husband!
