Great Canadian Oil Change

I got an oil change today and to say the service was excellent would be a huge understatement. Everyone I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable it wasn't a long wait in line and my oil change was quick! I will be coming back here again and recommending to my friends and family!

Bought a new used car and had the oil changed somewhere else. A lot of oil was leaking so I took it to this place while passing through Kingston.I arrived within an hour of closing and the shop was very busy. I was concerned about not getting my oil leak looked at before closing. The staff came out and reassured us that they would look at the car even if the time went past closing. The team got the car in after closing time and spent at least 1/2 hour figuring out the leak and putting on a missing gasket and cleaning up the mess. Professional, courteous and really helped me out of a pinch. These guys and gal delivered exceptional service. Pete the stand in manager of the day and a second Pete, part of the crew ,were outstanding. Many thanks for looking after us.

It was very busy and to expedite the experience they came out to greet us and did the preliminary light and brake checks. Tom was very clear about what he was doing and gave us options throughout the inspection. We will certainly be back.

Went for an oil change here last night. I normally get it done at the dealership, but my co-worker takes his truck there and it's about $69 for him. I went in with my Elantra, and they tell me it's $89. i had a $15 coupon, so I said go ahead. They didn't have my filter there, so had to run over to the other store to grab one. Once it's done, they present me the bill at $117.51.....after the coupon. This is $2 more than the dealership would have charged! They say it's because they needed a Special Filter" (which they say they have to get from Hyundai) and charged an extra $29 for that. I would have appreciated being told this before going ahead. Whether or not I need a special filter

Did the job as quickly as possible. Reasonable pricing. About a 30 minute wait (15 minutes per car ahead of me), but I had the time so it was ok. Staff was cheerful and efficient.

My first visit today and I was very pleased. The guys were thorough and did not try to upsell or push things that I didn't need. Very knowledgable and friendly and I will definitely be back. Thanks Jon, Hayden and the rest of the guys!
