I usually order from this place for lunch, and was always happy with the sandwiches made by the day staff, even if they often seemed annoyed and unpleasant. HOWEVER, I will never order from this Subway again. In the last month, we have ordered from here for dinner a couple times, and every single time it has been wrong. The first time, my fiance got there while the sandwiches were being made and had to correct the employee as mistakes were made. The second time we got all the way home (25 minutes away) before we knew the sandwiches were wrong, and decided to deal with it since it was a long drive back. This, tonight, is now the third time that our order has been completely, not even close, wrong. Tonight, I said no way and decided to call and have them remake them. 1 hour later I am now home with what appear to be the correct subs.Not one apology. The person who we know has made these multiple mistakes conveniently had to run to the back when I got there instead of helping me. When I voiced my complaints while in store, I didn't even get a response. I understand the person I ended up talking to was not the one who made the errors, but again this would be the time to apologize or say something....anything! For something that is no longer even a cheap option, you would think customer service would be a little better, or even exist.I have to believe the positive reviews are either from people ordering on lunch, or from fake accounts trying to offset all the negative reviews.If I could zero star I would.

OK, once again they are out of key items on a Saturday evening. No lettuce, no chicken, no meatballs. They always seem to be out of key items but still want the full price. I went elsewhere (again). It seems the franchise owner just does not care as this is the third time in two months ( 3 for 3) they are out of key items. I complained before and got a reply that this would not happen again, but it does repeatedly. I went elsewhere and I recommend others do as well.

August 1st 2022 1130amSubway employees deserve a shout-out today. The young lady was spot on with her work ethic and the care she put into every sandwich was outstanding. The young man went above and beyond to find gogo squeezes when the first attempt turned up empty. He showed true character with the humility and insight to check again. The other employee, I believe her name was Josee (I could be wrong), came and helped when the time came and it was nice to see the iniative being taken. It's no secret this particular Subway has had its set of downs since the pandemic, but in my eyes, today, these three people have redeemed the store and restored my confidence in it.Bravo! I hope I can have the opportunity to see them again.

where to start, 3 people in the back, 1 looking at me and continuing to stack cheese, the other writing out something and the 3rd eating chips. Several minutes later I stuck my head in the back and the one eating chips looked at me like a deer in headlights and huffed. The sandwich itself was the worst I've ever had. I don't know if it's because of poor quality ingredients or the employee being upset that they had to work... Anyway never again.

The level of incompetence at this subway is incomprehensible, they folded my chicken breast! The service was ridiculously slow, the staff ignored the fact that the line of customers was huge, and at least four customers left during the time we waited. Toppings were only put in the center six inches of a foot long sub, it was completely drowned in sauce when I specifically requested a single line, and to top it all off they folded my chicken breast with their knife to try and close the sub instead of putting it not in the fold of the sandwich. By far the worst subway experience I have ever had!
