Staff, nurses and technicians were all absolutely amazing here! One of the best test experiences ever!

Went to this location for a xray and ultrasound. Got to the xray room where the lady was very friendly and we talked and I came to the decision that i didnt want the xray that day as I wanted to wait to make sure i wasnt pregnant first.After I had my ultrasound. The lady (did give me her name) came to get me and had some words with the xray tech that werent in a friendly manner.Got into the room for the exam and she questioned me on my requistion and when i was unsure of the answer she made me feel shameful of it. She kept coming at me because i didnt know why my doctor put a specfic area on the req to ultrasound.Next, she rudly asked me why cancelled my xray when i got in the room and not before i got there and she wouldnt let it go when I said I dont know.Next she shamed me for the medical choices as a women that i have made in my life and proceeded to tell me what i need to do and what i was currently doing was not right.She was very rude and sarcastic to me and her social skills need alot of work. I was stressed out the whole appointment and couldnt wait for it to end.

I went this morning for my ultrasound and the technician was very rude and disrespectful the fact why my Dr wrote me the ultrasound. She kept stressing me the whole time while performing the exam. She also mentioned that she will compare my result and it seems like she want to prove herself that I am there for no reason.I am just writing so that nobody else feels the same way she made me feel while doing my exam.Please be kind and generous nobody wants to come for the exam without a reason.

The staff are courteous and friendly. Did not have to wait for very long to be called in the examination room.

Went in for X-ray. The guy that performed my x-ray was super nice so no issues there. However the receptionist was very rude, she directed me to the change room and asked me to change. So I followed her instructions and started changing, she proceeded to come into the change room area and asked me what I was doing as if I was doing something wrong. She asked to see what I was doing which I find very odd since I was in the middle of changing. I showed her that I was halfway changing and she mentions that I can just go in what I was wearing. But then changes her mind again and says that I can take everything off the waist up. I did not deserve the way I was treated and will no be going back to this location.

I had a great experience here today. Technicians were patient with me and did their best to accommodate me when I wasn’t ready for the ultrasound even though they were very busy. Karen was very nice and very helpful. The technicians who did my x-rays were as well, so pleasant and helpful. I rarely leave reviews but I simply had to because I had a very pleasant experience even though I was very anxious prior the examinations. Thank you a lot.

I had a wonderful experience at Insight Millwoods location, Edmonton. The receptionist i dealt with was very professional and helpful for my first time there. The Nurses and Dr were very helpful in making my 2 day appointment very relaxing and I was treated very respectfully and comfortably.

Service at Insight Medical Imagining was fast very quick at the time a went in the morning. Staff were very nice and professional. waiting area was big and clean.
