I really wanted to give this local business my support, but they haven’t seemed to be able to provide a quote for a single basement window for over two weeks. Is that normal? I don’t even need them to install it, I just need a darn window and I made it clear that I needed this as soon as possible (aka I don’t care how much it costs, just get me the window I need). I went into the office on June 15th asking for a simple quote for -one- basement egress window. I’ve called their office twice since to follow up, and they said they would get back to me. They called me last week asking if I wanted to proceed even though the GreenON has been cancelled and I said I don’t care, get me the quote, I want to order the window ASAP. Called again this morning and they said they lost my file. Unprofessional. Waste my time.I am not sure if it’s because I am not going to be a big contract for them, or what, but I own more than one property and could have provided them more business in the future. Their inability to follow up with me for one simple request after I have repeatedly gone out of my way to give them my business has forced me to shop elsewhere. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews. The receptionist was very kind but I wasn’t able to get anywhere with this business. Sorry folks. Hope you have better luck with them. Maybe they’re busy with the GreenON, but it’s been canned and I’m sure they will be looking for business later this year, but it won’t be with me.

Working with Windows Unlimited was such a pleasure. Ray came to do the consultation and he was super friendly and knowledgable. After I ordered he even came by a second time just to ensure all of the measurements were correct. He gave me a 4-6 week timeline on the windows for install and they called for install just before week 6 hit. The installers were awesome. Quick and very clean. So happy and will continue to use them in the future! Thank you!

We have dealt with them several times and have been totally satisfied every time. Friendly & qualified staff who are very attentive to your needs. The owner is very involved & assures that the customer is satisfied. I have recommended them to several of our friends & will continue to do so.

The service is exceptionally friendly, they are very knowledgeable of the many products they carry, they provide great advice and they have always delivered on time as promised.
