Great experience. Erica did an amazing job helping me out with my order! Sadly, the upstairs seating area was quite warm. I had to take off both my jacket and sweater to feel comfortable.PS. Saw this pair of cute Swedish Shepherds.

Today, I went to spend with the Americans and told them to use lactose-free milk, but they were negligent and did not pay attention to my words at all, and I have a lactose allergy, and they ruined my day off. I recommend that you do not go to the branch. I have a stomach ache since morning

I asked for a white choc mocha, LACTOSE, no whip, unfortunately,The barista was friendly, but spoke too fast and spoke over me. Aftrr the first sip. I could tell it had reg. Milk . So i brought it back in, the other baristamade another one, the tag didn't specify lactose. Something still didn't taste right. Brought it in again, she added more pumps of white chocolate. Still tasted funny when I got in my car. By this time I had to get going. I got home only to discover there was NO COFFEE!! I was drinking steamed milk and syrup. $7 down the drain.not happy. My local Starbucks rectifies if there's a mistake by comping your beverage. Oh and the pastry was dry!

Had my wife order from a completely different city, walked in, was greeted welcomingly, picked up my order, and was on my way.The overall building is cozy. It's on the smaller side, especially on the main entrance but it has an excellent layout and the space is utilized correctly. Then upstairs there is an entire section for seating.The staff was excellent even when busy - welcoming as said above, quick with your orders, and human with their responses; didn't feel scripted or forced like some other places.Overall, one of the better Starbucks I've visited!

I don’t understand why it’s tough for the Baristas to make a latte with 1 pump mocha without making it a chocolate drink. This is the third time it has happened, my partner went to pick up the coffee and they make the latte a mocha.

Love this Starbucks in the neighborhood. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and really make the effort to get to know the locals. The vibe in the upstairs seating area is great, and I love sitting outside when I have time to slow down and enjoy my coffee and my me time. So relaxing, try it.This is a hidden gem home away from home.

Kiwi -star fruit lemonade- A very nice and refreshing drink especially in times of summer.. it had a sweet tangy taste along with the prices of kiwi fruit..Edit- the mango dragonfruit lemonade is as good as the kiwi one.. refreshing and delicious..
