I live 1 hour and 45 min away, Francis made my ordering super easy and simple. She designed a custom arrangement for me and delivered it within a couple of hours. On top of all that sent me a picture of the arrangement and confirmed the delivery as well. I highly recommend House of Floral Designs!!

So delighted with the lovely customer service I received. I like to order flowers for my mom since I live away, and so many florists in the past have disappointed. I used to be a floral designer and when she has sent pictures in the past, I cannot believe what skimpy arrangements they have been for the cost! FINALLY get what you pay for at this place! Gorgeous long lasting and expertly and sensitively designed arrangements that have helped make this hard Christmas for my mom much happier. The freshness of the flowers are amazing and the cut flowers I sent lasted over two weeks! This is my florist now. So happy.
