They are not professional, and they are cheater. They invoiced mini excavator amount even did not use it for us. I do not recommend anyone to get their service. They are so rude.

Had them install my septic system for my new mini-home in 2017. They were by far the best company I dealt with during the entire process of getting my new home. Dave went above and beyond for me to try and save me money with my category 3 soil even when I had told him I had accepted the extra amount of money I had to put into bringing in tons of shale to do my build. They did excellent work and when they said they would be there- they were. And if they couldn’t be there- I’m confident they would have let me know....which is rare to find in a contractor these days! Would/do highly recommend them to anyone.

We asked them to locate our tank. They agreed for 300. Then canceled because they were not pumping it. They knew we were under a deadline. Unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service. We tried renting from them, and wanted the portable toilets delivered for a wedding. We had a receipt and proof of delivery for a family members previous wedding. And still they so conveniently “couldn’t find” their copy of the receipt, and declined offering delivery to us. Oh, and may I add, Gloria did so in a rude manner. I will not be conducting or referring business to them in the future for any type of event. But hey, who knows, maybe they get their business and money elsewhere and don’t need mine.

Although I've had great experences with them in the past I found their representative to be rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and confrontational in my dealings with them today. They also know how to charge" quite well including arbitrary rate hikes during certain times of year regardless of current weather conditions."

What a terrible company! Three weeks after getting our restaurant grease trap cleaned, the plumber had to open it up because it was still smelling and overflowing. It turns out that it wasn't cleaned properly. After calling the company they refused to fix the problem. The owner asked my wife at the end of the call what country we are from. We have no interest doing more business with such a poorly managed company!
