The customer service here is great. I did the anti rust treatment to my car and it seems that the oil was properly applied based on my visual inspection after. I have no idea how the oil was applied under the car but I can check with a technician next time when I change my oil.

Had to go back 2 times. But getting a hitch installed on a car in no way should turn out in having to go back . First time was to get re-emboursed for the plastic pins or clips that hold bumper in place. 3 of the 6 that hold bumper where damaged in the removing and re-installing of the bumper. Second time was cause they had actually did the wiring backwards on plug that feeds the trailer. The guy at the counter was rude saying that they were professionnels and they never do the wiring backwards... well his face said everything when the owner tested the feed and realized his employee had actually did the wiring backwards. 3 stars cause they resolved the situation right away.
