I recently purchased a new 2022 Ram 1500 G/T from Shawn Turner. I can confidently say that he and his team at this dealership are amazing to deal with. The whole process was easy and stress free, not once did I feel pressured into making a decision. They also listened and helped with my concerns about the truck I was trading off. I bought a grand Cherokee with low mileage 2 years old, as soon as I drove it out of the dealership the screen was acting weird and some apps were not loading (the problem comes and goes). Although I bought the extended warranty I have to pay for a software upgrade (and somehow it's two hours of labor)

This dealership is clean, organized and the people running the show are all professionals. Both my wife and I found our experience very relaxed and we were given fantastic information from our sales professional Lee about the vehicles we had interest in from this dealer. We were given all the information and tools from them to make a informed decision which resulted in our purchase of a new Truck. My husband Michael and me just recently got the 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 from Southtrail Chrysler with Mr. JASON SCOTT our sales executive. Jason is so helpful to us. He is knowledgeable and friendly guy. Whatever questions we asked regarding the truck that we are interested in, he willingly and patiently answer all those questions. Same as Mr. NAIRN FONS the finance manager. My application for car financing was so fast. Both of them gave an excellent customer service. I highly recommend this two guy whenever you visit Southtrail Chrysler.

I was recently in the market to buy a jeep wrangler, after salesman Cory Tanner had showed me a few Jeeps I was hesitant to commit because I hated the chrome on the jeep I kinda of liked he was trying to sell me. He promised me he would black it all out and that it could be easily erasedHe said he would take care of it.I made the deal and was excited, I was having the tires and rims changed out for bigger ones and that took a few days to be done, during this process I was following up with Cory asking about the progress on the chrome being erased as this was my biggest concern and he assured me it would be done. Fast forward to pick up day and I see my new jeep and all I can see is ugly chrome. It was so hard to be excited about a $70,000 purchase when this is not at all what I wanted or was promised. He told me he was sorry he had took the cheaper option and ordered some Amazon black out kit that didn’t even fit my jeep and he couldn’t do it. He then promised me he would get the parts department to order the right parts and have the dealer ship install it correctly. Then I asked about the heavy duty floor mats I had asked for and was promised while making the deal and he pretended not to remember. I was so disappointed at this point I could cry, he promised he would get the mats and the black out parts and would be in contact with me. I have still not heard anything back…. It’s been 2 weeks since I picked up the jeep and I can’t even get a call back.Terrible service, slimy salesmanWorst car buying experience of my life!

I bought a 2022 ram 1500 GT sport from South Trail and I am 100% satisfied, they had everything I wanted it when I wanted it. There’s nothing negative to say here, service was amazing and to the point, the process was fast and I never at any point felt rushed to make a purchase. The team there is amazing and very helpful and can answer any question, I have always been shy of dealerships but now I’ve found my home… My salesmen Shawn Turner, awesome man and loves his job, will put in the work when it’s time too and is clear with prices as well as questions, has nothing but honest things to say, Shawn is honestly the best sales person I have worked with! Equipped with an awesome finance team I got the best outcome I could ask for. I had a full 360 lesson about how my vehicle worked and functioned which was extremely helpful. We had been coming to this location for years for services, previously I had left a 5* review.We had an appointment for our Grand Cherokee to be serviced. Upon pick up on previous services, covers have always been used to keep the interior of the car clean and there have been no issues.It was obvious this time that no covers had been used and no care taken in regards to keeping the interior of my vehicle in the same condition as it had been dropped off in.I take pride in having a clean car and was shocked to see how it was returned to me. The interior driver door was mucky and gritty. My driver seat, as well as my steering wheel were also covered in dirt and grit.We went and asked staff if they had cleaner we could use. The woman acted like she was inconvenienced by our request.The lighting in the photos don't quite show how dirty it actually was - the dirt on my seat was brown. It is unacceptable to return a customer's vehicle to them in this condition.Update February 2023:At this service we were told that our tires were very worn and needed to be replaced. This didn't make a lot of sense as my vehicle only has 55k on it and my tires are meant to last to 100k.After the mess my vehicle was returned in we decided to go elsewhere to get new tires. The mechanic at a diffrent brand called us and asked us if we were sure we wanted new tires because we still had a lot of life left in our current ones. We were confused as this was very diffrent to what Jeep told us. When we went to pick up the vehicle we were reassured again that the tires have a lot of tread left on them. We bought a tread gauge tool and confirmed what they were saying. They saved us over a thousand dollars. If we had gone with Jeep's South Trail's report we would have spent over a thousand dollars unnecessarily.

We recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee at South Trail Chrysler with Shawn Turner as our sales executive. Shawn made the purchasing experience fun and easy.
