Been sitting for almost an hour to tow a vehicle from here and the guys still haven’t found the correct dodge for me big waste of time time is money guys instead of having personal conversations about their dog messing up the house while I wait help outPs I had an appointment to pick up the vehicle at 9 am I arrived at 10...update the gm mike handled the situation great and timely so that everyone is satisfied

Very unprofessional..the employee told me to go wait and sit on the sidewalk..rude

Bad customer service. Arbitration policy suddenly changes everytime you want to submit an Arbitration. As an old dealer and customer, I stay away from adesa and their bad business and high fees. Good luck

The worst auction I go to, been going since day one. Check out time, they have 1 person working the desk, under staffed, waited 30 minutes to pay for 1 car!! Come-on, paid $350 buyers fee for 1 vehicle and takes 30 minutes to pay?

Heather at Adesa Buffalo is very unprofessional. Unprofessional with her phone etiquette. Our car was wrongfully transported there by Credit Acceptance and she gave my fiancé the run around, no one would answer their phones when my fiancé found the information he needed to give them, they wouldn’t even answer for Credit Acceptance. 0/10, would not recommend to deal with them.

Huge selection of good vehicles came through. Didn't like jumping from lane to lane to bid but that make short work of the vehicles coming through it's very efficient here and a fun even!

To many fees locations rust buckets bin to other dealers.... they believe to keep their workers and treat them fair to hold them to run a Organize company when you put Corporate and regional out of their ... To hold their employees to run a firm operation.... What it's all about the money in the office it's cheaper to hire an individual worker' s Instead of keeping the workers and pay in them good and treating them fair you find anything to get rid of them security let's keep the media out of there when you have so many incidents in the car auction I hope to God they Sue the h*** out of them Like I said the outside of their place looks like a hole in the ground they just wanna run with the money and screw the employees
