Bertie Dental Office

I needed to find a new dentist in Ridgeway and saw they were accepting new patients. Have had a full cleaning/X-rays/assessment, as well as two fillings now. So far, the whole team seems awesome! Very welcoming and polite. Made the transition very easy. We are happy with our choice to go there and recommend!

Great dental practice in Fort Erie! They have a sister office in Ridgeway as well. This office is currently undergoing construction and I'm sure it will be gorgeous once it is done.The wheelchair entrance is in the front and other entrance in the back.They were able to sneak me in for a last minute appointment to get a new mouth guard before my benefits ended and it was so appreciated.Definately consider Bertie Dental if you're new to the area.

An accident with my dog resulted in my left front tooth pushed back in my mouth. I was in shock! I didn't really know what was going to be done and was quite anxious. It happened at 730AM, I called at opening time 830AM and Bertie Dental managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule for which I am sincerely grateful for. I was assessed right away by a lovely hygienist named Sharnie. And with ease, Dr. Inigo had me fixed up by lunchtime with full explanations of what I could expect in the near future regarding my tooth. What started as a traumatic day for me was turned into a sigh of relief as a result of the staff that work here. They made me feel comfortable and made sure I was okay along the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And I wouldn't want another dentist popping" my tooth back in place! Dr. Inigo

I went to Bertie Dental for the first time this year and had a very good experience. I needed a root canal and crown, and I was terrified to go (I have severe anxiety of going to the dentist and put it off for years). My dentist, John Inigo and his assistant made me feel super comfortable, reassuring me, and were very kind and knowledgeable. His assistant helped me relax and was always making sure I was okay and would update me on what was happening. Every staff that I encountered were all very friendly and kind.I highly recommend this dental office If your looking for a new dentist, or need work done and haven’t been to a dentist in years. 5 stars!

Great experience at Bertie Dental recently. Put off procedures for 2 years due to fear of pain, finally got it done and Dr Inigo was so quick and I had no pain. Him and his assistant that day made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Glad I finally got it done, wont hesitate next time.

Dr. John was very efficient, professional and pleasant. He took the time to explain the entire procedure in a prompt and careful way with excellent results. Their entire office is extremely welcoming, friendly and most accommodating.My wife and I will definitely continue to use Inigo Dentistry.

I've never been a fan of going to the dentist but ever since i've started going to Bertie Dental it's always been a pleasure. Not only is Dr Inigo an extremely talented and experienced dental surgeon, he's also a genuinely wonderful person to be around. I no longer dread going to the dentist but actually look forward to it. I don't foresee going to any other dentist at this point and can't wait until my next visit!

Just wanted to thank the whole team . They made my experience with my first root/crown procedure an enjoyable time . Painless and comfortable. I also appreciate the team working with my insurance company and making me feel at ease with the left over balance . I know it sounds weird but looking forward to my next check up. Dr.Inigo has done amazing work for me over the years! Starting with a working retainer when I was in grade 3! We moved to braces in grade 7, and in 2019 we did veneers just before Christmas and thanks to all the hard work and many appointments I now have a perfect smile! I would recommend this place to anyone, I always feel welcomed and my questions are always answered! The building is always clean and the workers are always welcoming! My husband and I are new to the area and it's taken us a long time to find a good dentist. After my first appointment I was completely pleased with how I was treated. Dr. Inigo was given a huge task having me as a patient. He's been asked to take on a huge amount of work and despite the one difficult visit, I was still pleased with how everything went. The Dental Assistants and staff are very friendly, extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and my husband is now thinking of going to him. Thanks to all for your understanding and patience.
