I asked for help using the app and the staff member was extremely helpful and pleasant. However, I ordered & paid for a double quarter pounder and only received a single.

Went through drive through placed my order then got to window and they couldn't find my order so retold my order then this guy who need more training come up to the person taking my order and is like it's this one he changed his order and I didn't change it so they need help

Good food but I really hate seeing employees power trip over their juniors. Its just so happen that I saw it twice already. They should hire kind and competent leaders.

Honestly how hard is it to put the cheese in the middle of the 14$ burger? I like getting coffees here but when I get burgers the cheese is always messed up and the egg patties they use in the mornings sometimes have egg shells in them which isnt a great surprise. But its mcdonalds. I'm not asking for much, just the extra 1 second it takes to do things to a slightly higher standard.

Food was cold. The young lady was very nice at till. The guy with the man bun and his friend were rude,loud and ridiculous! Flexing your muscles in a restaurant...gave me a chuckle as you weigh about 130lbs soaking wet....I think my muscles are far bigger

The food isn’t always top-notch, the coffee always seems to be, though, but for a McD’s, it’s good. 5-stars for the employees who are always friendly & I am very appreciative of the work they’re doing that a whole bunch of us would never do. Treat them kindly because chances are they’re getting paid a whole lot less than you.

Asked server really nicely to please check takeout order due to mistakes on the last two take out orders I had. When my order was received before leaving I lso checked and one burger was missing from bag. Went in and got the missing burger but when I got home the other two burgers were missing all the condiments and the cheeseburger didnt have cheese on it.

This is the worst McDonald's. Be very careful that you get what you ordered. Missing food, cold food, Complete wrong order. Not once but almost every time.

Says it’s open till 11:30 to walk in but had the doors locked before 11. Also when asked if a pregnant lady could come in to pee was told no because they were cleaning. Should probably change your hours to be correct
