Absolutely atrocious. Communication was unprofessional. The amount of times I asked for a quote to know how much the restoration would cost me and how they kept dodging giving the amount. (I spoke to multiple claims adjustors/lawyers afterwards AND THEY ALL SAID IT IS A BIG NO THAT THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE TO ME HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AT THE BEGINNING OF THE INSPECTION). They did not speak to us through out the process if we would like certain items cleaned or added to non salvageable. Not to mention the first list of non-salvageables that was given to us, half of our items weren't even on the list. I was just smart enough to go look at the crate they were holding our contents in and took pictures and had to send the photos to prove to them that they missed inputting our items.Also when speaking to other claim adjustors and lawyers they all told me they were over charging us. What they charged us (2 people in 700sq apartment is equal or more to that of a 4/5 person in a townhouse).When returning our items they returned items to us that were completely tarnished and damaged by the cleaning; a lot of boxes they packed the items in were barely full and yet they were charging us for each box.When the company said they can come and collect the boxes afterwards, and finish returning the items they missed giving us. They charged us 18 hours of work" when they were here barely 20 mins. And why am I charged for their mistake?My roommate's gold jewelry was stolen. That was a fiasco. When my roommate was following up when she would receive the payment for the stolen goods the reply was curt and rude.The lack of integrity with this company is appalling. We had a house fire in early March (mainly soot damage, not fire) and they took very good care of us. They were over the next day to help assess damage and job scope. They did a wonderful job cleaning, communicating and restoring our home to a great condition. They were friendly and on top of every question. They were incredibly fast on everything once the insurance gave them the go-ahead. Great company!

I Dealt with Rob Martin for our insurance claim and he was absolutely incredible. Very fast and efficient communication. The company followed Covid Guidelines and I felt very safe with everyone who came into the house to help repair all the damages. Would highly recommend.
