Great sales, clean store and very very friendly associates. Every associate in the store smiled and said hello!

Cashier keeps forgetting to ask if I was a member and I didn't get the discounts I should be having. I was overcharged by $3.00 last week, and today I only got 4 items today and was over charged by a $1.00 today keep on eye open with the price of food now this can add up very fast just at this store that's $4.00 in less than a weeks time

They had what I was looking for better then Walmart.

I generally like shopping Giant Tiger find the staff kind and helpful but today: Okay I understand the concept of service dogs and personal support dog/pet but while in Giant Tiger in Smiths Falls today a lady had 2 dogs not 1 riding in the cart which I thought was for food and children. I did not see her wipe the cart out/ down after being finished with it!! Was 1 even a service dog or personal support pet? who knows but she had 2 dogs does the service dog support pet need a service/support dog if it was a service/support dog and for all you dog lovers how do you know the next person using the cart is not allergic to dogs. Food is sold in that store leave the dogs at home!! Rant over

I'm all for everyone welcome here but when I arrived this homeless guy with his whole world in his cart had some trouble getting around as he shopped, I think he could of left his stuff near the front maybe and used a empty cart to shop, Idk, I just gave him his space.
