In general, surveys and questionnaires are pertinent and easy to follow. However, the most recent survey (nephropathic cystinosis) was not constructed properly. Once I said that I had no familiarity with a mentioned product, I was then asked to give my opinion on the product in a series of questions that it was impossible to skip. There should have been an option do not know this product" in all of these follow up questions."

Sorry to have credibility you must be transparent. That you are NOT. Other then requiring my permission to install cookies on my browser you hide all information about principles of your organization. In today's world I suspect you a front of some sort and to be avoided as a credible source

I participate in surveys. The questions are generally comprehensive and detailed but organized efficiently so that it doesn’t take too long to answer. The pay for survey participation could be simplified in my opinion.
