One of my favourite shops to spend time in. I always feel a pull towards this place whenever I’m near. The energy is very welcoming and feels like home. Everyone I have met who works there are very personable, welcoming and knowledgeable. Great selection for rock hounds and an amazing selection for your more spiritual side as well.

Store is very neat, everything is clear and labeled, prices are great and a wide selection, and customer service is wonderful. Very comfortable and welcoming store. Definitely will shop again!

I personally can't say enough good things about Elena and Dawn and the store is amazing. The energy is phenomenal as you enter and you're greeted by Elena and Clive. It just gets better from their as you move through the amazing creations and crystals as well as the people I meet while shopping.Thanks again Dawn and Elena.Dave & Pam

This shop goes above and beyond not only to educate but to Treat their customers with the most respect my personal experience here has been above my personal expectations and I couldn't be more grateful I would recommend this shop to any of my friends and family And to the young lady who works there You should be incredibly proud of yourself in your customer service

I am SOOOO happy to have Hidden Gem in the Langford community. It is a cute little shop with the most unique items, including gemstones , crystal rocks, books, oracle and Tarot cards, pendulums and lots more. The owners and employees are GREAT. They take the time to get to know you and are very kind. I have nothing but good words to say about this place GREAT JOB!
