Mr. Wiens inspected my home on behalf of a buyer. Several of his comments were invalid, and were responsible for voiding the deal on my home.Carbon Monoxide Test28) Unacceptably high carbon monoxide was detected when running furnace. This is a dangerous and possibly lethal condition and should be evaluated immediately by an HVAC technician.This was categorically FALSE. ZERO ppm was detected when a thorough test was done by hvac professionals with all negative air measures in place(which he didnt do). He recorded 200ppm on my 2 year old furnace. Again
