This is the most disorganized home depot I have ever been to. Came here twice over the course of two days (I had problems on both days) and on the second day I placed an online order trying to avoid dealing with their staff but was met with my order getting canceled and I was told they can't find it" meanwhile

I just left the HomeDepot at 11:30am. I went in to see about a Storm Door. I didn’t see my specific size so I wanted inquire with someone. I approached two employees that were sitting at a desk in the section. When I inquired, they couldn’t be bothered to help, and just told me “the lady that can maybe help you is gone for lunch”.This is not the first time I’ve gone in here, asking for assistance and the staff are either clueless, or couldn’t be bothered to assist. Definitely have better experience at the multiple Home Hardware in town. It’s unfortunate because I try to shop the HomeDepot due to the Pro Extra rewards. It’s just not worth it anymore. Such a wast of time.

My wife and I picked up an online order around 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday July 5th and both of us used the washrooms before we returned back to our cottage. Both bathrooms looked like a tornado hit them with small pieces of brown paper towel everywhere on the floor. Normally the North Bay Home Depot washrooms are well maintained but certainly not yesterday.Home Depot’s online ordering system is one of the most frustrating online systems I have ever used. The checkout system never goes through properly after you enter your payment info and try to checkout. It has happened almost every time I try to order online as it is very convenient when it does work properly.

We came here for the first time and I have to say that the customer service was absolutely impeccable. Multiple stairs associates asked us if we needed helped and was ready to answer all of our questions. Such a great experience! 10/10 customer service.

May 3 went to Home Depot for a hot water install. Free estimate offered. First was being charged 93 for estimate had to get a manager override. ( which they are so lucky I did not pay for this terrible service!)Set up appointment was told I’d receive a call in 3 days.4 days later still leaking water in my basement and no phone call. I’ve now went to another company way better service hot water being installed today. Less than 24 hours after call for service was placed.(Hot water on demand)Would never recommend this for a service call. My first time and this was the service I received!Thank you Ferns heating for the great , fast, friendly service!!!

Didn't have any sheds pre-assembled to look at to determine good security and sturdiness. Sales associate was friendly and helpful by printing out what they had in stock.

I have learned that if I go here with time and money I can walk out of the store a very broke man. Although the pricing is high, the staff are great support and contractors shopping are a stream of knowledge. Thank you Home Depot for being my go to lumber, tools, plumbing, and anything else renovation store.

Very poor delivery customer service. having to wait since Jun 14 for a delivery and reschedule and canceling the delivery without notice.. I guess they dont want me to have the materials i need. thanks.. never going there again willingly. I still dont have the product.. Had to call again to refund it.. project still unfinished.. Dont ask for delivery… you will NEVER get what bought…
