I received excellent service from Spartan Towing Service. They were able to come out and fix my automobile the same day that I had a problem with it. In less than a week, I was able to get my car back, and it was in perfect condition. I expected a polite and helpful personnel from a business like this, and that's exactly what I got. I wholeheartedly endorse this firm if you need something done.

Terrible towing company.Tried to take a longer route in towing my car back to my house not once but twice, with the driver saying the GPS is telling him to go on the route he was going despite me telling him to take a faster/shorter route.The first time we were speeding and flew by a highway exit he should've took, the second time I had a feeling he was going to take a round about way and told him which way to go and he followed my direction.At $4 / kilometer, padding the bill another few kilometers was not appreciated.Didn't realize until after it would've been cheaper to get a BCAA membership $85 (basic) and pay the emergency tow fee of $75 than the $250+ it cost me with this company AND I would've had a BCAA membership for a year.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
