Cara Ramani - i have one of the best experience with Ms Cara as a sales rep from Paradise Dev. I bought couple of homes from Paradise. She made very clean and smooth transaction with the builder. She is replying our questions honestly and providing all the details. She is the asset of the organization

One of the worst builder. I moved to their site Beechwood at the end of 2020. So far I have had 2 incidents where few of the shingles flew off due to high winds. These shingles can withstand high winds. When I filed a complaint the first time, they said shingles are warrantied for 1 yr only and they don't cover (act of God). The issue was the shingles are installed incorrectly by their contractor that they fail to accept and acknowledge. None of the other houses in my neighbourhood were affected. When I called my contractor, he fixed the loose/damaged shingles and pointed out why they ripped off, which was due to the nails not going through the designated area of the shingles for steady and secure installation. There are too many other little things to mention. I would NOT recommend this builder for potential home buyers

Would never recommend this builder to anyone, communication is very poor, bought house and move in 4 months and unfinished major work isn't done, no update when work going to be completed, biggest mistake I made buying from this builder.

The BEST customer service by Dominique, the site supervisor at Paradise, Mount Pleasant site. I've bought homes from Mattamy, Country Homes, and Saberwood but Paradise is the best among all in terms of customer service. Even after 2 years, Dominique went the extra mile and helped me with service requests. Keep it up!
