The Mobile Shop

Let's be honest, you can get a phone everywhere you can think of, the mobile stores, mall, etc; but great customer service is not common nowadays. My partner and I visited this branch and we were just amazed on how well we were treated! Shout out to Jason who went above and beyond, such an astounding service! We really appreciate all the help, and patience. Thank you!Thanks to Toby and Alex as well for making our decision making so much easier.These guys are impressive ☺️☺️☺️

PLEASE READ - DON'T ACCEPT TRADE-IN THE PHONE.When Toby is gone, I did not receive any happy every visit the store.Been there some days in Aug 2022. Sherry is a person in charge who helped me to choose the best plan with cheapest rate. She is kind, patient, and had knowledge on her industry.But the reason I gave them 1* because I gave her iPhone 6 for trade-in to reduce the monthly plan, the day after I changed my mind to cancel my phone, and return the new phone, I was wondered that my iPhone could not return as I cancel the plan, so it's mean I lost my old iPhone 6, very strictly policy. If you guy think about the next day or within 15 days return the phone, please don't bring the phone, you will lose your lovely phone you had.I WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE AGAIN.

We had questions regarding the new phone plan and the staff Jonathan was super helpful and answered all our questions. He also explained our billing contract in detailed with patient and even with his mask on, we can still feel his positive energy and genuine smiles. My husband and I had great experience tonight. I bough my iPhone 14 from here and t hey had a really good deal. No hidden charges and the sales associate, Sherry, was excellent in client services. I would definitely recommend the place if you are living in Richmond, BC.

Toby is awesome, he was amazingly helpful and walked me through all the options for myself as my sister was quite particular in what she wanted. I got everything I needed and more, he is absolutely the best person I’ve dealt with in getting a phone!!Jonathan as well was quite knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. He helped explain things when I came back and was unsure.The team here is amazing thanks to the experiences from Jonathan and Toby! I will for sure be back in 2 years time to deal with the Mobile Shop since this is the experience I got this time around!

Alex is really helpful and professional. He found great deals for us and he is very informative with our questions and the plan details. We ended up getting the plans for 3 lines at this location and we are extremely happy with the experience!

Alex and the rest of the team at Richmond's Mobile Shop have been outstanding in making sure I could activate my service with Koodo. They've understood my problem and helped connect with the right people, especially now that Koodo doesn't have a public phone number to contact them. The Mobile Shop staff was very friendly and took care of everything for me while Koodo was making it unnecessary hard to activate my account.The store also has some excellent offers, better than ordering straight from the carriers!

I went in there to get the black Friday deal for Fido. The real gem in the store, Toby who works there as a Mobilist, went above and beyond and made sure I get the best deal possible. This is best customer service I have ever received here in Canada.I would also like to mention the lead Mobilist, Alex was of great help. I will always come back to the mobile shop only because of Toby and Alex.
