We specified All Weather Windows and Doors for our new house because of the terrible products and service from Jeld -Wen on our last house.We had a couple of minor issues which they came out right away and corrected, no problem!We just had Olik and Glen come out (we waited 1 year for our RTM to settle) and adjust our windows and exterior doors.What a pleasure to deal with such polite and courteous gentlemen! Knowledgeable, patient and diligent are just a few of the words I would use to describe them.Keep up the great work All Weather Windows!

Ordered 7 windows from All Weather Windows through Rona earlier this year. Some of the windows needed repair right away. All Weather passed the blame for the condition of the windows to Rona and Rona passed to All Weather. Do not expect them to look clean and well finished. Some windows had missing pieces, were warped, scratched. Very unhappy after spending over $10 000.We are not in Saskatoon, so All Weather needed to send a rep out. There was very poor communication from All Weather. They do not give more than an hours notice. (How are you supposed to schedule time off at an hours notice?). Rep was a total no show the first time and did not inform us that that he wasn't coming. Rep came unprepared from Saskatoon and could not do all that was required even after emails and phone calls explaining everything.Second time they came to do repairs it was a different representative - who was rude, dismissive of our concerns and trying to tell us that he didn't necessarily need to fix all the things we talked about.Don't even try to talk to the manager, because the representatives who answer the phone are evasive and won't tell you who the manager is or how to reach them.I thought this was a solid company as family has All Weather Windows that are 20+ years old and work great. Things have changed, you can blame COVID and short staffing, but you need to adapt and move on.

We replaced our large living room window and couldn't be happier. The window arrived on time and looks great. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Recently had all our windows replaced. Love the windows. Had a small issue and customer service was excellent. Super happy with them.

I had an issue with one of my Windows in one of the bedrooms that it was not closing properly, and I called this morning to have somebody to come and fix it. So grateful that rhis request was put in the technician schedule and he was able to come and fix the problem.Recommended.

Purchased 10 all weather windows through a local lumber yard. Installed them on Nov 4th. 4 of the windows were out of their tracks and had to have the springs re-set. The windows were not useable, and were loose and falling out of the jamb. I called the lumber yard and they phoned All Weather Windows that day. I didnt hear from all weather so I got someone that is familiar with a sash window to come out to assist me. 16 days later I finally received a call from All Weather Windows asking how they could assist. The lady blamed the whole Covid thing as to the reason why it took so long. She said she was completely backed up and just getting to my claim. It could have been solved with a simple call back, or sending me instructions how to re-spring the windows. I would have thought their customer service would be a lot better than that. Buyer beware

Ordered patio doors. They had to be sent back twice for repairs. The center post was too long, frame was out of square, and doors were unable to even open. The finishings were sloppy. Overall poor attention to detail and subpar craftsmanship. Spent a lot of time attempting to install each time and was not compensated for inconvenience or time. Tried to get my money back but not successful.. overall terrible experience/product.

I was greeted with a grumble about having to help me at the door picking up my warranty items. I was then told they didn't have my product and there was no one that could help me. I called to confirm the name of the employee who had informed me that my parts were in and I was then helped begrudgingly. I'll be avoiding the warehouse at all costs from now on. 40 minutes I can't get back from my life.
