Braeden is the man!!! Super kind and extremely knowledgeable about the inventory they have. Never once felt pressured into making the deal on my F-150. Him and his team at titanium really took the time and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible value for my trade in and for my purchase. I can't thank them enough!! Jim and I want to thank Titanium Autogroup , especially Ryan who got the ball rolling to help us get into a newer vehicle, even though our credit wasn’t the best. He found us a gorgeous 2018 Nissan Altima SV, fully loaded. We both fell inlove with the car. Then to Daphni who showed us the vehicle by FaceTime video,so we could see for ourselves what the car looked like ,instead of just pictures. Then last but not least Tyler for braving bad weather to bring our car to Edmonton from B.C. Also to Matt who helped answer questions we had so promptly, really appreciate how down to earth and friendly everyone was there. Was shocked how fast they got us into a vehicle, and for doing any minor repairs,and making sure car was in tip top shape. They paid for the out of province inspection and made sure car was full of gas, which was super nice, especially with gas prices the way they are. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new or good used vehicle, no matter if your credit is bad, they will go the extra mile to help you get the vehicle you want.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle The process was stress free and pleasant. Seth Tejada was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. Lower my interest rate and my monthly payment. He even gave me an extra $500 CB and over the weekend I was able to receive that using his own money so I am able to get the automatic starter installed in my new car. They even paid a new set of keys which I am going to pick on Tuesday at the nearest Hyundai dealership close to my home. That was way beyond excellent service. If I can give them a 10 star I would. But yes overall I am very satisfied with the service I received and looking forward to go back after a year. I highly recommend Titanium Auto Group for all your car needs. Thank you!
